    Hugh shout out to KIM!…read more I know you are probably wondering, 5 stars? Cell phone stores are notoriously known for bad service. Well, this was a great experience. My friend had a technical issue about password. Two people were being serviced and I told my friend, they're sales people they probably won't be able to help. As a few people came in, Kim would take a couple seconds to friendly greet them. When she freed up, she asked how she could help. I explained the situation and she discussed (quickly) on options and what might work. It was professional and friendly. We left and what she suggested, worked.

    (I hate giving these 5 stars to this location - these are actually for the employee)…read more I've been going to the same AT&T store for years, and honestly, it's usually been a frustrating experience--long waits, weak customer service, and very little effort to actually help. Most of the time, if they didn't already know the answer, they didn't bother finding it. Today was no different... until Max stepped in. We went in ready to make changes to both our cell phone plans and U-verse to save some money--and truthfully, we were close to walking away to a competitor altogether. Max changed everything. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every option. Not only did he get us exactly what we needed, he actually saved us money--and in the process, saved AT&T a long-standing customer. AT&T should do everything they can to hold on to Max. He's top notch!
