When I called customer service, they said there's no way that they would give you the $200 rebate that quickly. You have to wait 30 days past your trial. It is now 90 days and I still don't have it and they told me I've been disqualified from it and they've charged me for my phone , when my phone was supposed to be free when I turn in my cell phone from another cell phone carrier, which was an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I showed the gentleman my phone bill. It was $190 a month for two phone lines unlimited text talk. now I'm paying $240 a month. Total liar, stay away from them

This Verizon franchisee is terribly incompetent…read more GoWireless tried to port our 4 lines from another carrier to Verizon, deactivating the other carrier first and are now GoWireless is unable to activate our new Verizon lines. Verizon has been trying to reach GoWireless to tell them they botched up the SIM cards, but cannot reach anyone there. GoWireless does not seem to be sorry for what they have done and do not seem to care. We are now left to borrowing others' phones to survive on a planet dependent upon mobile technology. Do not waste your time calling (770) 475-0000 unless you like hold music or the sound of crickets. You, Verizon or anyone else who calls GoWireless will go just into a hold queue for hours on end. I just do not want other people to experience the misery we are experiencing with GoWireless.

I had a serious coverage issue in the home where I am living temporarily. Miguel is the best customer service person I have ever had anywhere in my 73 years. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator and is a superb customer advocate. He spent 3 hours with me as together we contacted Verizon technical support in an attempt to resolve the coverage issue. We were not able to get resolution as Verizon does not have the capability but I am so grateful that I had Miguel by my side throughout this frustrating few hours. He did a terrific job of explaining the situation and was persistent in speaking with any and everyone who could possibly help us. I very much appreciate his can-do attitude and persistence on my behalf. Congratulations of one outstanding employee.

Things happen, but customers deserve basic communication and respect. If you're going to open late, post a sign, send a notification, or let customers know what's going on.
