Awesome awesome job. I had three dead watches at home with three different size batteries. Couldn't find it at Wal-Mart, Home Depot, or Staples. I decided to go to this store as the one stop shop. Not only did I find all three batteries, they were offering a lifetime warranty on their parts and services for watch batteries for 15 bucks (I'm sure this is subject to change) - meaning any time your watch runs out of battery, you come in, and they replace it free of charge! So after getting a lifetime warranty on one watch, I replaced the second two batteries myself and saved ten bucks. We'll see how long the batteries last, I'm sure that warranty watch is the ultimate money saver in the end (assuming I don't lose my watch). The customer service was absolutely amazing. I came in, within 2 minutes, they asked if I needed help, it took me a while to find my battery size and they were finding it in 2 seconds flat, (it's like they memorized the locations of the batteries) then I asked a watch battery to be replaced, it took them 3 minutes to replace it. The service member was back before I could even browse one of the shelves! A+ service. read more

Only giving two stars because I received a good deal for the battery through promo codes online, & the young lady that helped me was very kind.... Although when she finished the install, she asked "does that look right?" ...& then her coworker responded with "I have no idea." ....not the confidence you want as a consumer. Additionally, it's kind of ridiculous that you would pay almost $300 for a battery, and then have to pay an additional fee for installation. Not only that, but they tripled the price of install installation because it's "hot out". I work outdoors, and it would be ludicrous to triple the price of what I do because it's summertime. That comes with the territory of doing a job. Save yourself time, and go somewhere else where your money will go further. read more

I was waiting for my cell phone battery to be changed and while I was waiting, I witnessed an employee (no charge) totally disassemble a battery operated wheelchair in order to replace a battery for a homeless man. His attitude was positive and totally above and beyond. I was so touched that I only shop at this location for my batteries and bulbs. read more

Great service and they can fix just about anything. Some of the batteries or key tabs may need to be ordered but they are very worthwhile with the lifetime service agreement. read more

I have been using this Batteries plus location for years. Three years ago I used it to purchase a car battery. It went bad a week ago. I went in and they couldn't find any evidence I purchased the battery there but they kept at it and finally found the sales clerk who had sold it to me three years ago had spelled my name wrong and had not put in the right phone number. Kudos to them as it was a FULL warranty and the new battery they put in was free. Really can't say enough about these guys. read more

I came in to Batteries + Bulbs looking for a watch battery for my Michael Kors watch. I had been to several other box stores and got quotes that ranged from $25-55. For a watch battery? No way! I walk in and am immediately greeted by a young guy. He was already working with another couple ordering custom bulbs but he smiled at me and assured me he'll be right over. After the day I had, I was beyond impressed how personable and nice he was to me. I only wish I knew his name! He began to talk to me about their batteries for life option, which I chose against. He went on about what a great deal it was and although I declined, I appreciated his passion for something as simple as a watch battery. He smiled at the couple looking through a book of light bulbs, told them he'd be right back, with a gentle pat on the shoulder, and he went in to the back room to replace my battery. Not even 3 minutes later he came back up front with my watch. For $15.00 he replaced my watch battery and even polished it up! He handed it back to me and watched me put it on. "What do you think?" he said, looking at me as if I was going to make his day by saying how great it was. I smiled back at him telling him how fast he was and how great it looked. Sadly, I am always surprised when I experience good customer service. It doesn't seem to exist anymore. CAUTION This location is a total scan $120 to replace screen, immediately post repair the screen had a "white spot", and the technician said "that happens sometimes". They offered and provided no resolution. Beware of this location promise of warranty, and no follow through after the further damage your device. read more

Terrible experience. This may be a convenient place to buy batteries AT VERY HIGH PRICES (1500% markup) but anything more than that is at your own risk. Be aware despite what is written on the receipt, THERE is NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND as I found out the hard way. I should have paid attention to the mediocre reviews and complaints to BBB. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and got a refund. I went there to key a car key made based on the display ad in the store window. Only the metal part was needed, no remote, no electronics. They cut a key which would not work. They would not provide a replacement/refund. Arrogant employee then tried to upsell me a remote battery which had no connection with the metal key since my car does not use a transponder key. Another lady in front me me got upset because she was given an appointment and then told to come back later. Another guy wanted a single battery and they tried to upsell him also. All this happened when I was in the store. There are many reputable shops nearby that do exactly the same thing. Based on my experience, I will no longer give this place my business. read more

My kid had 3 keys cut here for her apartment, none of which worked. She left them with me after store hours, along with an original, so I could get them replaced. No greeting when I entered the store, though 2 employees were visible. I started explaining to first employee that I could see the cuts didn't quite match. Not a word in response. Then the manager got involved, said the blank was wrong anyway. He asked for the receipt, which I didn't have. Then he delayed, like he was considering his next comment - I interjected that they were B+B's blanks, referring to the brand - to which he replied with incredulity, "Potentially." For $10 worth of keys, not worth a battle with a jerk. I picked up my original, left the 3 copies on the counter and said "you can throw those out" as I left the store. I hate to use Home Depot when a small business is available, but that was the solution. And hey, I bought a 4-pack of LED bulbs there, too. A customer with a problem is the best opportunity to make a customer for life. Or to lose one forever. These guys may hate their jobs, IDK - but that's not my problem. read more

As the name says, they stock a tremendous number of oddball bulbs and batteries. If you have an odd size of either you need to replace, probably should just head in straight away and save yourself some travel time. I've found batteries for car ignition keys here, along with small reflector bulbs that I could not find anywhere else. Nice, helpful staff who know you want to get a specific thing and not spend a ton of time hunting it down. If something happens to be out of stock, they'll give you a call when it comes in. Horrible customer service!!! Walked in with two car remotes to purchase two new batteries. The sales person is telling me that insurance on their batteries is $15. I reply that I just need the batteries. He hands me back my remotes and tells me to open them in order to tell him what batteries I will need. I walked specifically into a store that should be specialized in knowing how to open remote controls and/or knows which battery would go into the remotes. I decided to leave the store since I can check myself how to open the remotes or go to a local family jeweler who would be more than happy to help me out with my small problem. No ownership and pride in their work. They fixed the iPhone screen but now the front camera is not working. They claim they don't think it is their fault. Offered a $10 discount towards the work to fix it. That is a low blow. Suggest you stay away from here. Will never come back. Brought a watch in for a new battery. Agreed to a price with lifetime warranty. The watch was taken in the back room for installation of the battery. When returned, the watch was disassembled, and I was told I needed to take it to a watch repair shop as they could not reassemble it. I was then charged $5 for the battery without any warranty. Probably should go directly to the watch repair shop next time. Quite the time consuming mess for such a simple task. read more

Had a shattered iPhone 5s screen replaced yesterday. Happy with that job. My son found that there was an issue charging the phone when we got it home. Service is usually prompt and good. Last week I dropped off my mini iPad to have the battery replaced. My iPad was working fine except for the battery dying quickly. I received a call saying that the power button didn't work so I told them to fix it. I never received a call that it was ready to be picked up, just another call about the power button. Today, after a week, I went to pick it up. They had installed a program I did NOT want, but took it off for me. I had to leave the iPad because it was ghosting --did NOT ado this before I dropped off for battery replacement. Was told they probably pinched a wire. My question is why didn't they notice this BEFORE since they had it a week? Whoever repaired it should have noticed it was doing this. Now I have to leave it again to be "fixed" from an issue it didn't have. Hopefully no charge since their error. I am concerned that the ghosting wasn't noticed UNTIL I mentioned it and that they put a program on that I didn't ask for them to do. No one should ever install anything without asking the customer first. read more

Excellent customer service! I was in a bind and stuck with a dead ATV battery. I looked online and found one at a NAPA store 5 minutes from my house. I purchased the battery there and took it home. When I took it out of the box I realized that the battery was not charged and was not activated. They sold me a battery that had to be mixed and activated. This battery also needed a charger before you could use it. I immediately went back online and called this Batteries Plus location. They told me they had my battery in stock and that it was already activated and had a base charge. The employee even told me that they would go ahead and put the battery on a charger for me to charge it even more before I got there. These guys went above and beyond!
