They broke my microphone when fixing the screen and it took 3 separate occasions over a span of 3 weeks to fix the microphone, but in doing so they permanently damaged my Face ID so I cannot use it. The people that work here provide great service and are helpful and friendly. I would recommend buying the cases, chargers, and used phones and iPads. Although everything you buy there is going to be in good condition and shape. The AirPods there work well but are not real and they are not from apple but they do have the apple logo on them and they look and work the same. The only difference is that they are not the real but works great other than that everything is good and I have got no other flaws to document so I would recommend this place for everything from device fixes to products. read more

Went into this store on the slight off chance they maybe able to help. I'm glad i did. I have a samsung galaxy note 5 and the charging cable kept falling out of the phone port where it was really loose. I went to batteries plus, they had a look and said i needed a new charging port for $70 and there was nothing else they could do. As i am about to sell the phone, i thought that was a waste of money. Well, i called into cellairis on passing home, told them what was happening. The guy in the store immediately started cleaning out the port. It took him all of 5 to 10 minutes and now its as good as new again. Great guy to deal with. Sometimes the little things go a long way. I run a business myself and thats the way i work. WOW WOW . Here's my story.... Took wife's iphone 6s to Apple store. waited 3 days for appt. and after waiting in store apple employee told her water damage. No need to open phone $300 exchange FINAL end of story TYPICAL APPLE TAKE or leave it mentality. So she was sad and she switched back to her 5c .......SO SLOW. A9 chip she misses you dearly. After a few days. Read theese guys reviews and thought what the heck. went in. so amazingly Walter I believe the guy's name. Tells us that the LCD is definitely in need of replacement $119 and may need a water treatment $49 cost to remove any water damage and corrosion that may have happened. Said he would need a few days. To our surprise store called us back later that day! ONLY LCD needed replacing. $119 repair yippie. picked up phone and was super happy. Next great part. Phone did develop a hardware issue a few days later. Mute button broken wouldn't toggle on/ off. simply would not ring. Took it in today LABOR DAY. This place is great! On 2 prior occasions I have brought phones with broken screens in and the fix me up within an hour or so. Good news is I know how that stuff happened and it was a quick turnaround. Today however my iPad would not accept its charger. Over promise and under deliver on recent iPhone screen repairs. They cannot reliably fix iPhone 7 or 8 or X screen/button problems because only the Apple has the equipment to make the home button work. They seem nice and competent for Android or older iPhones. When I complained about their partial fix (my screen worked but not the home button or Touch ID) the manager did not respond to my request for a partial refund (I waited a week before posting this). In the end I paid them $120 to partially fix the phone (which took 4 days) then I went to apple and they completely fixed in for $150 in and hour. They should have advised me that Apple could quickly and easily fix it or given me at least a partial refund. read more

Zero Stars I brought my perfectly functioning iPhone 11 to a cellaIris store at the outlet stores in Woodstock with a crack in the screen but other than that, nothing wrong with it. Supposed to take about an hour after over 2 hours no phone call to my mothers phone that mine was repaired. I go to the store and they know, they freaking know I'm about to lose my mind and be super pissed off leaving a very young man's alone in the store to deal with a huge screw up. Upon retrieving my phone I have like 5 error messages On my Home Screen. Google Wallet - disabled apple pay - disabled message from my phone saying unknown part - cannot determine if genuine apple part, part functioning as it should be or incomplete installation ‍‍‍ Wait, wait what's happening my phone was perfectly functioning. now completely broken to some of the most amazing parts of having an iPhone But what made me go off, really lose my cool was coming to pick up my device and the very young man behind the counter looking at me like just pay for the repair and get out. wait, WHAT ??? zero options to actually repair, try to repair or zero damn thing. I lost my mind. WTF is happening. I asked the young man to call a manager. He said he wouldn't be able to reach one. I wanted to call the cops file an incident report Broken $1100 phone Only option was pay the screen repair for 148.40 and take your broken phone and go away. Brought in an iPhone with a cracked screen. It was bad, the phone was stepped on by someone wearing soccer cleats, so the screen looked like it was hit with a hammer. Another store wanted to charge me 110 to fix the phone plus 20 extra for the new home button. Word of advice though, make an appointment and don't look for Cellairis on the sign. I was very pleased with the service I received at Cellairis in East Cobb on Johnson Ferry Road about a month ago. Sam was the personnel on duty and he was very helpful and efficient with the fix. The entire screen of my iPhone 7 was not only cracked but a solid color, with zero working function. I was in a bind. Any Apple store within 40 miles did not have appointments available until Monday (this was Friday) and Simply Mac was unable to perform the repair without sending it off for a few days. I was referred to Cellairis and at first, was somewhat unsure about using a third party repair. However, I'm glad to say that Sam was able to give me a great price and had my phone back in working order within 45 minutes. Thus far, I have not experienced any abnormal complications and remain satisfied with my purchase. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE. I had them replace my battery in 2017 and the issues stemming from it still haunt me to this day. First of all, if you get a non-certified third party vendor to replace a piece of your phone, Apple will no longer make ANY fixes it to it (wish I'd known this). Second, when they replaced my battery they used a non-approved battery and GLUED IT IN PLACE. Now no other vendors can get it out to replace it. DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE. read more

Went in 7/11 to get a quote for replacing the screen on a Samsung Galaxy S7. Was quoted a price of $130 by (Sam) and was told it would take about 4 hours. Brought the phone back at 10AM the next day to (Sam). Called around 2:30 to get am update on repair. Was told it was not ready yet. Was contacted again at 5pm with bad news, they had yet to even start on the repair. A couple things here, 1. If I called for a status update just tell me you can't get to it that day, 6 hours alone without a phone that runs a small business is hard to be without. 2. You and your colleagues seemed more into CNN on the TV up front when I dropped the phone off. If you are as busy as claimed then spend less time watching the "fake news" and more time fixing phones for customers as your paid to do. read more

I would recommend using this company to repair your cell phone screen and definitely don't by the bundles they sell if you have an iPhone. It's more of hassle then you realize when you first buy, they don't communicate keys details about the bundles they sell. I brought my galaxy tablet A in to get fixed. The guy in the store looked up the part and gave me a price of $150 parts and labor, put my name and phone number on a clip board list and said it would be ordered and it would take a week to come in. A week and half later no phone call so I called them. I spoke to 2 people and they told me it would take more like 2 weeks to come in and that someone would call me next week. That was a week and a half ago. I just called and spoke to the manager only to find out this whole time nothing had been ordered because their supplier doesn't have parts to this tablet. I waited 3 weeks to get this repaired only to find out after 2 phone calls and speaking to 3 people this would never get repaired. An, not one person called me to tell me this. This store replaced my screen in November 2016 for $150. Immediately I noticed a night and day difference in the responsiveness of the phone. It would take 3-4 taps before it would recognize commands. Texting was impossible and I have been using Siri to text for months because of it. Then the screen gets a crack in it. I haven't dropped it or thrown it. I work from home and my cell sits on my desk all day. I went to the store and relayed the issues. I was told it was my phones fault that it was lagging and "cracks don't just happen". All the issues were "my fault." They offered nothing to remedy the Situation. Oh, I am soooo glad I stopped in. At first I though they only worked on iPhones, but they do fix Androids too. I dropped my HTC M9 in a bathtub that was full and filled with activated charcoal from a bath bomb I had used (this is full of fizzing and minerals, which is probably really bad for the phone). I immediately pulled it out and dried it off and though it was fine because it was working until the morning. I also plugged it in since I thought it was fine, and this I hear is the worst move possible. A family member had a good experience from this place, so $50 to see if they could restore water damage it is worth it on a $600-800 phone for sure. 24 hours later and I called hoping for the best, and they let me know that the phone was fully restored, and that I was very lucky. I took my phone in over thanksgiving break as I was home from college and wanted to get my malfunctioning buttons fixed. Other than the malfunctioning buttons, my phone worked perfectly. After four days, they called me saying they couldn't repair it because they ordered the wrong parts. I accepted this and went and picked it up with a minor crack replacement screen. Upon getting home, I realized the wifi no longer worked. I took it back. They "repaired it." I brought it home and half of my touch screen wasn't working. I brought it back. The manager told me he was going to personally see that my phone was fully repaired free of charge. I received it back in a new pink shell and thought, well I can deal with it being pink. Everything seemed fine and the phone worked well enough. Two days later, I am back at college and my touch screen barely functions, the flashlight doesn't turn on, wifi disconnects about every 3 minutes and any pressure applied to the screen activates the notification sound adjustment vibration. I brought them a fully functional phone that needed its buttons repaired and was returned a pink brick. Do not even think about coming here. I wanted so badly to be happy with my free repair after the long wait but they failed to deliver any kind of repair. If they wanted to be a screen repair place only, they should change their business's name because I am confident that not a single kid in that store knows a thing about actually repairing cell phones. They also offered to put junker parts in my phone from scrapped cellphones that they buy and are donated for full price of service. Someone needs to sick the BBB on these degenerates. read more

Had an I-phone 6s that was losing charge very quickly. Cellaris swapped the battery out but that did not fix the issue. Neither did a few other fixes they tried so they ended up refunding the cost of the battery. Since they refunded the cost of the battery I had the satisfaction of knowing we exhausted all options with no cost to me (other than the time of a few trips to the store), before getting a new phone.
