Chris was amazing in helping my mother with her locked iPhone. He reset her phone and even called…read moreme to keep me informed as to the process so I could support her later. He demonstrated great patience and went above and beyond...truly a kind human! I will bring all my cellphone issues here in the future.

I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them…read moreand came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I don't fault his policy, but his failure to be up front about it at time of purchase is poor business practice. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/resources/running-a-business/writing-store-return-policy/

Big shoutout to Marcus. He is gennuinely the best person if you have any issues with a phone…read more My Samsung S22 ultra was not turning. Firstly, he diagnosed it without any charge. Then he tried re-balling it which took him 3 hours and even after that when it didnt turn on, he tried doing it again for 3 hours without charging a penny. I am so thankful to him for helping. Cant recommend enough! The best place for any repair.

Absolutely terrible experience. I sold them a mint-condition iPhone 16 Plus and ended up with an…read moreiPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Pro Max that were nowhere near the quality I was expecting. Both had what appeared to be non-genuine screens and batteries, and both were noticeably slow and had problems that were not properly explained to me beforehand. I tried to trade the phones back because I was extremely unhappy with what I received. Instead, I was offered an iPhone 14 but was told I would STILL have to add another $50. What made the experience even worse was overhearing employees talking about overcharging customers. After hearing that while already feeling like I had been given phones that were not worth what I traded, it completely destroyed my trust in the business. I came in with a mint-condition iPhone 16 Plus and left feeling like I got seriously ripped off. I would not recommend trading in an expensive phone here without thoroughly checking every device, including the screen, battery, parts history, and performance. I regret doing business here.
