The customer service is painfully bad. I only get a new phone every 3-4 years, so I need some clarity on what is available, what accessories are useful, and how billing will work. Nothing was explained, billing and promotions were misrepresented to me, and I was sold accessories that were not explained to me, and I did not need. Furthermore, the store would not return the unneeded items even though I had a receipt and it was within the 30 day return period. read more

This has been the WORST experience... my husband and I went in to order a standard apple watch series 8 on July 7... and it came in on July 10th and we went to go and get it and it was not the one we wanted so we requested to refund it... the girl there named Brittany stated that she did not know how to return it and we would have to come back the next day. I go back the next day and Brittany is there again with another gentleman and neither one of them could help me and told me to call back the next day to speak with the store manager... So I call Aaron back the next day which is on a Thursday at this point and he helps with my refund process... says that my watch should be in the latest Monday (07/17) and I have gotten zero notification that it's here so I then call and they say that they have not gotten any shipments in so I will need to call the next day... I have called 4 times and I am getting no answer. This is quite possibly the worst customer service ever. read more

We visited T-Mobile to bundle our services for a better rate and were quoted a specific monthly price. While I expected the first bill to be higher due to setup fees, our second bill is still significantly higher than the amount we were promised. Plus, we were told that accessories would be free and we would only be charged for tax. But when the bill came, it was actually quoted monthly for 24 months. If I had known, we could have just bought this stuff from Amazon or Walmart which is way cheaper. I reached out to Joi but she totally changed her statement. This experience feels so deceptive. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that they provide accurate information. Also, I remember when I came to their store, she was happy because she said they hadn't had any customers that day until I came. So maybe, just maybe, I was told a different price just to persuade me. I guess I just have to settle with this monthly payment. Pls be truthful to your customers. Honesty is still the best policy.

Be careful doing business with them. They were supposed to unlock my phone but only lasted 2 months…read moreunlocked. The unlock is supposed to be permanent not only 2 months. They didn't want to give a refund and they wanted to charge again to have it unlock again. Be careful. They will take your hard earn money and rip you off
