This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

He discovered a major mistake on our bill from the last upgrade. He brought in Brandon J. to help with the issue. He spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon to explain the error but the call disconnected. We left knowing the mistake had been filed. After a week we checked back in with Brandon to learn it was still open. Finally I got someone at verizon who helped with the issue so we returned to the store to complete the trade in. The issue was fixed but Brandon wasn't credited with the sale yet spent an hour getting the upgrade completed. There are not enough adjectives to describe how helpful these two guys were in navigating this situation. Thank you both for your patience and understanding in our upgrade. They just gave us a number to call which lead us on a wild goose chase of 4 hours back and forth. We went to the Apple Store, the corporate Verizon store, and the uBreakiFix store with no success. The next day we went back to that store and the store manager (who was not on site) didn't help or offer any solutions either. The manager threatened to kick her out of the store. After calling insurance the insurance company finally offered a solution that the employees should have known if they had been trained properly.
