I have now been helped by Average Joe on three occasions, all for separate issues and different devices. My most recent visit was today after I had to go back to Best Buys three times after I bought my new IPad. The "Geek Squad" was finally able to transfer most of my data, including emails and files after three visits, but could not transfer the texts that I had before I bought the IPad. Text are an essential part of my business and being able to look at my clients' history is vital. Joe was able to figure out that it was a syncing problem caused by an encryption issue. Joe went to battle with it and did in a couple of hours, what the "Geek Squad" was unable to do in what seemed to be an eternity across three visits. Joe is resourceful, tenacious and thorough. While I was there today, an elderly couple came in and I knew they would be in good hands. I know because I sent my 84 year old mother to them when I was out of town, when she had a meltdown on her phone. They were able to go through the whole boot up of the phone with her even though my mother didn't know her passwords, usernames, etc. They were able to explain things to her in a way that she could understand and they were extremely patient. I think that is one of the best service qualities they have, they are genuinely patient and helpful. Those are qualities that are hard to find these days. This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

Then it turns…read moreinto "I do not know, I will have to check with my Manager and give you a discount", there is never an apology or even an offer to revert the phone to original state and no charge: there is ALWAYS a charge, as you basically wave your rights away when you sign their document at the very beginning of the sales process. Something odd about their screens also: they are 3rd party screens (not original) and the brightness will not be the same than your old screen, meaning that you will want to crank it up all the way and your battery life will suffer because of this. Also my iphone 6S keeps glitching out every once in a while. I would suggest you pay a bit more and take your phone to an authorized "real deal" retail shop for them to fix it for you. You pay a bit more, but worth it. Lesson learned.
