I had a wonderful experience at this store. I dropped my phone in the toilet and fried all the circuits. Furthermore I have a simple talk-and-text phone that no one knows anything about. When I took it to the AT&T store (my provider) they were less than helpful. I called uBreakiFix and spoke to Mike. He told me that if I brought in another version of the phone he could switch out the board and he could retrieve all my contacts and pictures. I took my damaged phone into the store along with an older version of my simple phone and not only was Mike able to resurrect it, he was able to retrieve everything. He was so nice and patient and he was just as helpful as he could be. I'm taking all my devices there from now on. I highly recommend them...they go above and beyond for their customers. I went to this store about five months ago, January 2026, because my screen needed repair. They asked me if I wanted the low quality screen, the good quality screen (comparable to Apple but much cheaper) or the Apple screen. I said I wanted the middle option. That is what I paid for. As soon as I got my phone back (4 hours later- keep this in mind for later in the story), I knew something was wrong. It was shutting off all the time, the brightness didn't work correctly, and my front camera was awful quality. I am somewhat shy and don't like confrontation and I do not want to be THAT person that complains and makes an employee's day harder... so I just told myself to live with it and did not go back and complain. Fast forward to today, May 15th 2026. I broke my screen again and took it somewhere else. When the employee at the other store looked at my phone, he automatically said "you have gotten this replaced before?" because he could tell right off the bat that my screen was not the quality it should have been, had they really given me that "high quality" screen. He starts repairing it and tells me that uBreakiFix did not even put the main screws back in my phone! I have been walking around for FIVE MONTHS without the correct screws in my phone because they screwed it up (pun not intended). He also said he commonly has complaints of people coming from the uBreakiFix store, leaving with a phone more messed up than when they started. At the new store, he finished my phone in no joke five minutes so I am not sure why uBreakiFix needed four hours... to do the wrong thing. I left an iPad with the Goones and received a text that my iPad was ready. I went three days later to pick it up. First they said they couldn't find it, then they said they were updating it ( but it was ready three days ago.....) nonetheless, after 20 minutes, I left without it and told them they could mail it to me ( I live 50 minutes away )! read more

I've had my phone fixed here twice in the past 3 months and each time it gets worse and worse. I've spent over $400 at this place and still need a new phone because they've ruined my device. I have an unresponsive screen, somehow my phone's speakers only work half the time when I've only ever had the screen replaced, and after both repairs I've gotten dead pixels on my screen within days. I've been here 3 times recently. iPhone twice and Nintendo switch once. The staff has been super helpful and weren't condescending at all. Twice they were able to run diagnostics and the solutions were so simple they just fixed it and sent me on my way. The iPhone screen repair was done while I waited. You can trust these guys. Attempted to get my cracked screen for an iphone fixed. If you do the come to you option with Asurion insurance, then they wont show up or contact you with why they missed the appointment. I then called later that night and they blamed Asurion for not making the appointment correctly. Cool, so I remade a claim for the next day, got a confirmation email like always, and attempted to confirm the appointment in the AM with Ubreakifix. Day of the appointment they will not answer the phone anymore and have missed another appointment. Like wow do 12 year olds run and work at this company? Can only imagine how bad their actual service is if their customer care is this bad. Avoid avoid avoid.. you have been warned. PS check out the other reviews. I am zero for 2 with this place. A year ago my cell phone battery died. I called uBreakiFix to get an estimate of repair cost and was told my phone was old enough if they found a battery they could not guarantee it's life span. Time to buy a new phone (which they do not sell). I really appreciated the honesty: refusing to do low quality work. After a year my new phone stopped accepting a charge. My wife said it looked like belly button line in the charging port. I brought it here, and he cleaned it out in a minute or less. And refused to accept payment! THIS PLACE IS HONEST! I went in to UBreakIfix for a simple screen replacement. However, I walked out with a completely unusable phone. I do not understand how a simple screen replacement can lead to the whole top half of my screen being unresponsive, but alas, they just told me that it ran fine during their tests and now it is my problem. After driving for 100 miles, talking to countless Asurion reps, I finally submitted a claim to replace my phone altogether thanks to the people at this store. They wasted my time, my money, my day off, and my energy. They were of no help at all and I will never go back. I am very disappointed in their service. SO DECEITFUL - got a quote for $89.99 on website (specifically associated with that particular store) and was charged $139. When I mentioned that this was vastly different from the quote, they just said that they had the right to charge more, period. Was told that every store is independent and can charge whatever they want. VERY DECEITFUL - will never return. In addition, I was told it was going to be ready in 1.5 hour, so I drove all the way back home, to find out when checking my email that it had been done within 20 minutes. I am not complaining that they were fast repairing it, just that I would have appreciated them telling me that it could be handled that quickly so I wouldn't have lost 40 minutes driving home and back to the store for nothing. read more

this is the most horrendous company to exist. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP. i was referred to them through an insurance company for a screen replacement. they put a third party, defective screen on my apple phone (for $220, may i add!) WITHOUT telling me. extremely deceitful. as you know, this devalues your iphone and also results in you no longer being able to have it repaired at an apple store. they took my apple screen, replaced it with a cheap one that did not work and were absolutely not willing to fix their problem. i could hear the employee on the phone with the manager in the back the entire time as the manager was refusing to speak with me. i was given an email to contact... coward. after causing so much run around they were extremely rude and i will never go back here. the refund & returning my phone with the initial cracked screen on it was not worth 4 hours of my time you guys wasted.
