I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

Also the placement of the screen seemed to not fit for my iphone 15, it was not flushed against the frame and stuck out about 2mm looking as if it was floating on top of the device itself. Which leads me to my final issue. Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

Today, I stopped in at Mall of Georgia, and I seriously didn't recognize the place. It is like the beautiful, mature, responsible young college student down the hall, now. There are still the same kinds of products, but now less obnoxious and loud.. and more directed towards a girls or women in their 20s, I'd estimate. I am 30 and think there are plenty of options in there for myself and ladies older, as well. Pretty purses and wallets, cute wall decorations like small canvases that say "Beach Please" - ha - flower halos and probably-difficult-to-figure-out-hair-accessories, even pretty scarves, fashionable flasks, bridal accessories and "nicer" looking makeup. I have to say I am a fan and I was really close to buying a new wallet (but my current wallet is still working for me - I just can't fix it if it ain't broke.) I ended up leaving with two buy-one-get-one 50% off hair accessories that I probably don't need and may only use like once every 8 months, but I'm pretty excited about the store. Definitely check it out for cute going-out jewelry, gifts for your girlfriends and must-have-but-don't-really-need purchases. :)

I called to different times explaining what happen and they do not want to even attempt to repierce her ear after a week. All they want is the money. I took two phones in for repair--my iPhone 16 Pro Max (broken back glass) and my iPhone 16 Pro (broken camera lens glass). My iPhone 16 Pro Max originally had a gray back panel. The technician working there agreed to repair both phones, so I left them at the shop while I went shopping at Walmart. When I returned, I was shocked to find that they had replaced my gray back panel with a gold one without asking for my permission. They also replaced the camera lens glass on my iPhone 16 Pro with a smaller, incorrect-sized lens glass. When I questioned him, he admitted that he didn't have the correct gray back glass in stock. He told me to come back in two weeks, saying he would have the proper parts by then and would replace them. Trusting his word, I paid the bill and left. Three weeks later, I returned to the shop, only to find that the original technician was no longer there. A new person informed me that the business had been sold and was under new ownership. Despite explaining the entire situation, he refused to help or take any responsibility for the previous repair. I am now left with: * An iPhone 16 Pro Max with the wrong-colored back panel. * An iPhone 16 Pro with an incorrectly sized camera lens glass. This was completely unprofessional. Parts should never be substituted without the customer's knowledge or consent, and customers should not be left with unresolved issues because ownership changed. This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.
