Went to CPR, did not know i needed to file a claim beforehand. Ended up going back to Tmobile to just get a new phone. I was then asked to pay cash for the new phone. I haven't bought a brand new phone in years not sure if this is normal but i did not purchase a phone from that location. Incredible weird to me, the people are not bad but would have been good to know more details on filing a claim or why cash was needed.
