Took my husband's watch in to have the shattered back crystal repaired. I assumed, this would…read moreinclude, cleaning the glass out of the gears. After picking the watch up, I noticed, it's not keeping time. But it's an automatic watch and needs to be moved to "wind". Discover, the second hand stops at the 19 sec mark. Bring watch back in and explain, that I think there's a piece of glass in a gear. The owners takes watch and says, it's working fine. I explain, it's not, that it will stop on the 19 second. He then throws up his hands and says, "That's not me, I don't have anything to do with that. I replaced the crystal. The watch needs to be serviced." I ask, ok, who can do that? He says, he can and that will be an additional $125. So, you replace the crystal, don't bother to advise me, to clean the gears, is an additional service? This guy thinks I want to pay $79 to replace the crystal but not have a working watch? This is his business, he should have told me, these were two separate services. Will never use this place again and will let anyone who wants to know what a horrible business this place is.

Overall, based on what I saw in the store, this is a metaphysical business. I saw great looking handmade jewelry, knick knacks for the home, incense, tantra-related items, stones and other merchandise. A couple of the things that caught my eye because I have an interest in them are the crystals and sage. Margo has a big selection of stones and crystals. People burn sage (in a ritual called smudging) to clear away negativity. I've smudged my place a few times with a bundle of burning white sage, and I know it helped because I felt a calmness and contentment after I got done. Margo sells various types of sage that customers can smudge their spaces and their selves to eliminate negativity and increase positivity. I have also interest in crystals, of which Margo has a big selection. The two types of crystals that I have are black obsidian and clear quartz crystals, both of which have protective properties. One of clear quartz's benefits is enhancing mental clarity. It can help with emotional stability, and it's popular in meditation and restorative work. It's also often used for manifestation and can help create more focus and clarity around a desire. It is a protective stone and can be used to amplify psychic abilities. I have white quartz crystals near my front door to dispel any negative energies entering my home, and on my nightstand to amplify the effect of the black obsidian crystal that I keep near it. One of the most popular uses of black obsidian is to create a shield of protection to ward off negative or harmful energies. I wear a black obsidian bracelet to help absorb negativity that I may encounter. I also have black obsidian crystals in the four corners of my condo to help ward off negative and harmful energies. Does it work? I know they do. I like that throughout the store are handwritten descriptions and explanations either on or near the crystals. These are great for customers who are interested in incorporating crystals into their lives. However, customers who buy them should also learn how to use the crystals (the best placement for them, how to energize them, how to cleanse them, etc.) after they're purchased to learn how to put them to best use for themselves. One thing that I'd like to point out when I was in the store was that there were way too many strong scents concentrated in one specific area on the left side of the store. I took a couple of regular breaths in and the scents hit me hard. Think of the strong and multiple scents affecting your nose as being similar to strong and multiple noises affecting your ears. When I smelled the odors together I got dizzy, realized that scents were affecting me and immediately walked to the other side of the store. I was fine after breathing in non-scented air. I didn't get a good look at the object(s) that caused my dizziness. It would've been good to know so that I could avoid a similar situation in the future.
