They destroyed my ring i needed sized. Was charged $80 to size it from 8 1/2 to a 10. My finger swelled and I had them cut the ring off. It was a thick silver band. They said they had silver to fill it to make it a size 10. I got it back and the band is so thin now that its actually uncomfortable. It's almost sharp its so thin. When i was tying up my boot to go outside it snagged a little on the eyelet and broke apart exactly where they had cut it off. Now i need to find a place to make an entirely new band. Its a beautiful vintage silver and turquoise ring. I was mislead as to how they would resize it. Even if it hadn't broken it would have been too thin and sharp to wear. What a waste of money. read more

With over 8 years of combined experience, owners Tawfeek and Safe bring skill, passion, and integrity to Flawless Gems Jewelry & Watch Repair. Tawfeek is a trained bench jeweler, having studied at the New Approach School for Jewelers. For nearly a decade, he’s specialized in custom pieces and private work, building a reputation for quality and precision. Safe studied watchmaking at the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute and spent the past two years managing a jewelry store in Dawsonville, GA. His background combines technical expertise with hands-on retail experience. In late 2024, they opened Flawless Gems with a mission to provide Commerce with a trusted place to repair, service, maintain, design, and shop for fine jewelry and watches. Their guiding principles are simple: put the client first, do excellent work, act with honesty, and trust in God. Tawfeek and Safe are committed to building lasting relationships and becoming a reliable part of the community.

It needed a link removed and they recommended Flawless Gems. I was greeted warmly and they took care of me immediately. I noticed their watch selection was bigger than the chain and after looking at several buying another watch. After comparing prices on the internet I went back the next day and bought three more. My installation was a difficult one. We were replacing an old AC unit and gas furnace with a heat pump system. My system is located in the attic space which made it very difficult to remove the old equipment and install new equipment. During installation, Zach and Robert always showed up on time and worked diligently and well into the evening for two days while installing the system. After the initial installation, we had a few issues that needed to be addressed (which is to be expected with such a major system change). The company was always very responsive and would dispatch techs the same day to address any on-going issues. It took a few days of troubleshooting to get everything fully operational and to get the new system dialed-in. But all I had to do is call and the response was immediate. American Comfort stands behind its work and will make things right. Not every company does that these days. Every employee I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly including Natalie, Joe, Zach, Robert, Josh, Marcus and Eric. Thank you all for your hard work. If you're looking for a new HVAC system or HVAC service, you can't go wrong with American Comfort.
