My father went into this establishment on 03/12/2025 around 10:30am. He was approached by a lady and asked if the shoes he was wearing were his, and then asked twice again at the cashier if they were his shoes again. So a total of three times, after he paid he was followed outside by another associate named Chris. To speculate and assume my father stole a pair of 400 dollar boots(because those were the price he paid for them at another store) is absolutely insane. It's one thing to be approached once, but it's another to be asked three times due to my father most likely being a person of color with a darker skin tone, and then to be followed outside of the store. A lack of moral sense and racism is what kills a business. The least they could have done is apologize and sound more remorseful for the accusations they threw his way while in public. Along with checking their own cameras while he was shopping to verify that yes he did in fact walk in with those boots on his feet. (This is not their first review concerning racism as well. Ordered a pair of leather cowboy boots. The right boot is noticeably larger than the left. The right boot is so wide my foot slides around while the left is so narrow it is painful and I struggled to remove it from my foot. The selection here is amazing! We were told about it from a friend. We got here at 11am, but they didn't open until 12 on Sunday. We decided based on the friends recommendation to kill an hour shopping at the outlets and come back. We are driving back to va and based on his recommendation we didn't want to miss an opportunity to stop here. So we did and it has an amazing selection of men's and women's boots, clothes and other western items. It was definitely worth the stop. The staff was super friendly and helpful trying to help me figure out what boots would work best for me. Would recommend a stop to anyone passing through on 85 that is looking for a good selection of boots at a reasonable price. read more

This place is just like the other Boot stores back in Atlanta. They carry nearly all brands of boots, although I did not notice any Harley Davidson boots in the women's area. They had plenty of boots from $75 - $800 or so. Unfortunately for me, my eyes kept noticing the $600 and up boots so I left empty handed today. My gigantic calves keep me from wearing most boots anyway. I was told that they cold costume make boots for me. But since I ball on a budget that is not currently an option for me. I'll stick with the Ankle Boots which they have plenty ranging from $75-120 or if you have huge legs like me then perhaps you may want to try the men's boots. Some of their boots are wider. I found nice boot accessories, Blinging belts and lovely hats here. I thought the sale was decent but not really what I expected for an Outlet. If you are looking for Motorcycle boots, Riding Boots (For your Horse), Work Boots or just looking to make a fashion statement with a pair of intricate Cowgirl boots then this may just be the place for you. DON'T GET STUCK! We noticed this store as we exited the freeway looking for the Tanger Outlet Center. We decided that we would definitely stop on our way out. I love leather accessories and Western wear but we really stopped in because my husband was looking for a simple light-weight duster. Although they carry dusters, they were a bit too detailed for him, (removal yoke, fancy pockets). My husband is a simple guy and just wanted a simple garment. Moving on! This store is phenomenally huge and I would not even dare to shop for boots unless I was coming in to replace a very specific pair. It would simply be too overwhelming for me and I can't imagine spending less than an hour just trying to narrow down the options. If I wanted a simple Frye, I would be tempted to just go to one of the major department stores. However if I wanted something unique and fancy, this would be the place to start looking. In addition to the boots, you will also find leather accessories, beautiful embellished belt buckles,hats and clothing. They have something for the entire family and I especially enjoyed looking at the children's selection. It too was vast! For men needing work attire, special boots, standard or insulated overalls, this store had great options. They also provide on-site service to local businesses and their workers.. Now for the bad news: There are no refunds just exchanges! So if you decide to purchase that fancy pair of $400 boots on your way back home to Atlanta and later change your mind, you are stuck! You can not return them for a refund and you will have to make a special trip back to this store. But what if you can't find another pair that you really like? YOU ARE STUCK! read more

This store is staffed poorly. I looked at an item (Resistol Hat), and asked if they had the box. The salesperson replied that they have boxes that they sell (cardboard). I refused to pay extra for the box the hat came from the factory in. I can buy the hat IN THE BOX, for less online. Try to support local business and get penalized. Boots ETC has lost my patronage. Been going here for 6 years for my work boots. Have always been satisfied until this year. Boot selection was the worst I have ever seen it as far as top brand names such as tony lama, ariat, and thorougood. Also got denied military discount with my fiancé's military discount because she was not present. Let me remind you I drove over an hour from South Carolina and my bill was well over 1,000$. I was in store 5/21/21, asked about 10% off coupon on posted website, lady said it was invalid when I showed her the coupon on my phone as she had requested. There was no expiration date on coupon on the spring coupon code. If I did not need the boots for a job tomorrow I would have taken my business elsewhere. My husband and I were out looking for blue jeans and boots and decided to stop in. We've both been in a handful of times before. We were greeted when we entered the store. We then made our way to the men's section. We spent about 30 minutes browsing, never once being greeted in this section or being asked if we needed anything. A family next to us was asked if they needed assistance, but we again were not addressed. There were three staff members standing behind us, staring while we shopped, but never offering any assistance. I came into your store yesterday for the very first time...And I must say, I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I was with my sister and her two small children looking for a pair of boots. Although the lady in the area never asked how we were doing, or if we needed any help, she seemed to not find a problem staring at us the entire time. I have never and will never steal anything from anyone, or any store. Not to mention that my sister found a pair she wanted (I wouldn't have purchased anything from you) and when we went to checkout my sister spoke to your cashier and she never said a word in reply. I had to literally ask if she was ok because she seemed to hate her job...Or maybe it was just that she didn't want to be there today. My husband and I have been shopping here for years. We buy his boots, hats, belts, jeans, and cologne only from this store. We have to order his boots and his pants, because they don't have his size in stock. We have never had a problem placing or receiving any order. That was until September 18th, 2017. Our order was told to us that it would be in within 5-7 days. (Which is what it normally is) And they would call us if it came in sooner. After 8 days I called to see what was going on and was told that they couldn't find my paperwork. After finding my paperwork the sales person calls me back and says my order has been placed, but doesn't give me a time frame of when I will get my items. I call back and ask to speak to the Manager. She tells me that there was a mix up with the paperwork. There was a new girl who placed our order and she put the paperwork in the "wrong bin" and that our order was placed 3 days after we were there. I told her that I feel that my paper work was just found that day and it was no fault of mine that their employee "made a mistake". I asked her when I was going to get my order. She told me October 4th, which would be twelve business days from the day I placed my order. Not the 5 - 7 days I was promised. I asked her how this was my fault and that my husband needs these items for work. He works out of town and comes home on weekends only. This was ordered so when he came home it would be here for him. Now that isn't going to happen. All the Manager Angel could say is that it is human error and I will give you your money back. Not an I am sorry or I can try to rush the order, or can I offer you a discount. NOTHING!!! An apology goes a long way. They have lost a LOYAL Customer and we will be sure to tell our family and friends. read more
