Some of the leather goods available
    Cheryl H.

They were able to order the exact leather I needed and held it for me who we were out of town. Such a beautiful shop with lovely items of leather, plus glass, desk items, and custom objects. Super helpful and friendly. No wonder we keep coming back!

I always do my research before I use any kind of services. In viewing photos of Chris' workmanship, I was very impressed with the transformation from old to new! It was amazing! Chris will go above and beyond for his customer also! He offered to come all the way (over an hour) to the store where I was going to buy this chair before I purchased it to see if it was restorable. How many businesses will do that for you? Ultimately, he restored both chairs back to like new condition. You won't be disappointed if you use New System Restoration for any leather restoration needs you may have! Great job, Chris!

New System Restoration - There were about 8 nicks in the bottom of this door panel. Now you can see none, and his prices are reasonable.

My shoe separated top flap from bottom flap in the airport as we were flying out on vacation. On our second stop of our 4-stop vacation we found this shop through Yelp and very pleased that we did. Yelp is such an invaluable resource! The repair was done in an excellent fashion. Very pleased! The owner was very pleasant to deal with. I just hope everyone can see what a service this shop is to the community. The skills and breadth of experience with repairs they bring are nearly impossible to find. This shop is a gem!

I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

I won't go into details, but "short story"... Strike Zone was far superior in every aspect, and the others were a complete waste of time. (Both of the others are out of business now, so, clearly, we weren't the only ones disappointed!). Both trainers working with him here (Shane and Jeff) were completely focused on the child during the lesson, and actually got results. So, when our daughter wanted training, we knew just where to go. She has done amazingly well working with Sarah on hitting and with Jeff on catching. She moves differently, reacts differently, and uses her muscles differently. She went from awkward looking to athletic in her batting and behind-the-plate action. That would not have happened without the patient teaching of Strike Zone instructors. Most adults would get annoyed after giving the same instruction corrections over multiple sessions, but these folks just find another way to express it (because every kid interprets differently) until it sinks in! Addendum... I thought I submitted this a year ago and, apparently, failed to hit "post". One year later... the only change would be that I failed to comment on how fabulous the front desk staff has been over all these years (exceptionally nice - every single person !!!). We have been away for several months (just practicing independently), but plan to get her back in the rotation again soon because these trainers are amazing!

The Strike Zone is a cool little place in Greer. They have tunnels for rent to get reactive pitching and hitting and of course the batting cages. You can select from slow, medium, and fast pitch. The speed ranges from 40-80 mph. You buy tokens for one dollar a piece. One token = 15 pitches. You can also get 6 tokens for $5. Surprisingly 15 pitches last longer than you would think. They also have softball pitching options to brush up your office team skills. If your not into it but you are stuck waiting for your child to finish up, don't worry... They have big comfy leather couches and a tv in the lounge area to keep you entertained while you wait. All in all a very fun place especially for a rainy day. I would definitely recommend.
