They were very accommodating and immediately got her the other size for her comfort after running in them and feeling they were wrong. Obviously a nice return policy! The store itself is bright and open with a garage door that creates an inside out feel on a nice day. The walls are full of high quality gear priced well. I saw running shoes of course, tops, shorts, leggings, sport bras, socks. There was a nutrition wall with bars and drinks, and a recovery wall with rollers and pressure point balls. The employees had a lot of shoppers but they were great at helping everyone steadily and making sure others knew they'd be helped next. My other friend was fitted for a shoe and the whole process was interesting to watch, they're very thorough in making sure you get the right shoe! Now go run :)
