When I came back my feet was near double that price. I was not given a call or notice that more was required and thus a price change. When I came to pick up my bike the worker told me that he had been working in the industry for over 20 years and calling customers about a price change is not something he does. I was clearly frustrated with lack of concern for customer or empathy. It was only after I said I hope for your next customer that you let them know if a price is going to change. In hindsight I should not had paid the additional fees.

They called in my behalf looking for some Jacks as to which Muse had in stock. I walked into the store and they had the shoes ready for me to try on. It made such an impression on me. They were also so respectful towards me and my family. When I visit my family again in Greenville I'll make it a point to visit Muse once again.
