The customer service here is 5 stars, absolutely incredible. The shoe selection is great. They can ship to your house If you they do not have in store at the time. Saxon greeted me and my friends at the door and immediately started helping me with a foot analysis to find my perfect shoe. Saxon was super knowledgeable about all of the shoe brands in the store and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I ended up finding a shoe that worked for me and purchasing in store. He also let me know about the rewards program and of course I signed up for that because I will definitely be back after this experience. A great running and athletic store filled with all your jogging needs! My friend had to return her shoes and get a different size. They were very accommodating and immediately got her the other size for her comfort after running in them and feeling they were wrong. Obviously a nice return policy! The store itself is bright and open with a garage door that creates an inside out feel on a nice day. The walls are full of high quality gear priced well. I saw running shoes of course, tops, shorts, leggings, sport bras, socks. There was a nutrition wall with bars and drinks, and a recovery wall with rollers and pressure point balls. The employees had a lot of shoppers but they were great at helping everyone steadily and making sure others knew they'd be helped next. My other friend was fitted for a shoe and the whole process was interesting to watch, they're very thorough in making sure you get the right shoe! Now go run :) read more

I came here on a sunday afternoon and was happy that they weren't that busy at all. The staff is really nice and helpful. I was looking for some Goodr sunglasses. They do sell them here but I did come at a bad time since they didn't have a lot of options available that day. Overall, they have a great selection of running shoes and all the accessories. I loved the fact that they took the time to evaluate our feet and then recommended the best shoe for our needs. That's so much better than traditional shoe stores where you're left to your own best guesses. After buying our shoes, we went on a vacation and the shoes performed magnificently. Went in the store looking to purchase a pair of Hoka shoes. Was told they had them way in the back in boxes and pretty much that they weren't going to get them out. First time there and the last bc if you don't want to sell a pair of shoes why are you in business. The sales guys were to lazy to make an effort to try and sell me a pair of shoes. So we left there and went down the road to GB Warehouse and bought the shoes. In Greenville SC there are plenty of other places to go and buy shoes especially if the sales guys are to lazy to do there job. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. read more

Apparently these guys either don't answer the phone, don't check their voicemail, don't clean out their voicemail, or all of the above. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and the voicemail mailbox is full. It's 2:46pm on Tuesday afternoon: answer your phone folks! After no answer on the phone I visited in person looking for a particular supplement. Inventory was very low. Had the least variety or any store I have seen. No need to waste my time here in the future. read more

I had a great experience buying a new pair of running shoes here. I'd been looking to get back into running and the store employee (Jack I believe) gave me plenty of time to determine which shoe would be best for my running needs. They also have a really cool machine that scans your foot, giving information about foot size and width, something I'd never seen before. While I won't need another pair of shoes again for awhile, they have other running clothes there, so I hope to stop in again soon! Also their rewards program is good and seems customer-friendly. I am sooo impressed with Greenville Fleet Feet and their staff. I received a gift card for Christmas so popped in one Saturday to buy some new running shoes. The sales associates was so nice and helpful. She took the time to measure my foot and let me try different styles and sizes. I left super pleased. After one run in my new kicks I knew they weren't going to do it. I went back to the store to see what options I had. They said not to worry and they would exchange them for another pair until we got the right fit. I went back one more time after the second pair were still not comfy (no fault of the store, that's my awkward foot shapes fault). Anyhow the 3rd time was a charm and I am officially the biggest fleet feet and hokas fan ever! Finally, after being ignored for half an hour, another customer walked in and the sales staff immediately told her she needed to be on the waiting list. Recommend this fantastic group and store. I have run and bought shoes all over the USA for over 50 years, and my experience here was as good as it gets! Everyone in the store spoke as they passed by. 1. For buying shoes, the staff are excellent and helpful. The prices are maybe $5 more than Amazon so they're not way overpriced. 2. For the running programs, I was quite disappointed. The people are friendly. However, when I realized I was in the wrong group and tried to see if I can get email notices for a different running group (I paid $100 for the training program and only went to one meeting realizing I was more advanced), I first didn't get a response to my first email. Then the 2nd email only said that the group I wanted to get notices was not in session. Nothing about placing me on the email list when that group starts up again. I wasn't asking to join the running sessions since I made the wrong choice and it was my error. However, I was only asking to get the emails of the training recommendations since they did take my $100. Now I realize I can get those training recommendations online for free. My $100 error. Just trying to spare other people if they're not sure which group to join. Maybe try a program online first to see where you would fit in before committing that much money. read more

I was so pleasantly surprised shopping there! I had a issue with my stride and they really took the time to help me. I was very satisfied.

I'm very disappointed in this place. Customer service isn't that great. My wife ordered a pair of shoes from there because they didn't have her size in stock. She was convinced by the sales associate that if she ordered them in the store they would arrive in 3-4 days. My wife ordered them and called back to the store 4 days later to check the status of the shoes. she was told by a sales associate that he was not able to find her order and that he would call her back after some research. Well we never received a phone call back and this same song and dance went on for 3 days. I finally decided to go into the store and find out what the problem was. I was told they had a problem with there Asics account and would get them by the next day. I understand challenges happen, but this would have been a good opportunity for them to at least identify the problem the first time I called instead of blowing me off. Plus the specialized running shoes are offered at many other running stores in Greenville for a cheaper price. Or you can order the same shoe they offer online for 20-30 dollars less. I received no benefit from going to FleetFeet except poor customer service and over priced shoes. read more
