A great running and athletic store filled with all your jogging needs! My friend had to return her shoes and get a different size. They were very accommodating and immediately got her the other size for her comfort after running in them and feeling they were wrong. Obviously a nice return policy! The store itself is bright and open with a garage door that creates an inside out feel on a nice day. The walls are full of high quality gear priced well. I saw running shoes of course, tops, shorts, leggings, sport bras, socks. There was a nutrition wall with bars and drinks, and a recovery wall with rollers and pressure point balls. The employees had a lot of shoppers but they were great at helping everyone steadily and making sure others knew they'd be helped next. My other friend was fitted for a shoe and the whole process was interesting to watch, they're very thorough in making sure you get the right shoe! Now go run :) read more

I relocated to GVL 18 months ago and needed guidance on new running shoes. A lifelong runner (primarily in Adidas), i was having repeated injuries wearing Hoka, as they were too cushioned and too much of a drop from back to front of the shoe. Fisher helped me and i tried 3 different shoes. I settled on Brooks Ghost and have run 6 times with no pain. It has been months since i accomplished this seemingly modest milestone. read more

The service is personal and helpful. The color selection was small, but the choices were all high end styles. The items we purchased were the same price everywhere. read more

Had a great experience here! Ryan greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful! He picked the perfect shoe immediately and told me about the discount I could get due to my job!! So grateful! read more

The customer service here is 5 stars, absolutely incredible. The shoe selection is great. They can ship to your house If you they do not have in store at the time. Saxon greeted me and my friends at the door and immediately started helping me with a foot analysis to find my perfect shoe. Saxon was super knowledgeable about all of the shoe brands in the store and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I ended up finding a shoe that worked for me and purchasing in store. He also let me know about the rewards program and of course I signed up for that because I will definitely be back after this experience. This is a phenomenal business and I highly recommend! read more

The staff was very helpful and had a great selection of shoes. They scan your feet and suggest shoes based on the scan. The staff was super knowledgeable, specifically Fetty was amazing! read more

I came here on a sunday afternoon and was happy that they weren't that busy at all. The staff is really nice and helpful. I was looking for some Goodr sunglasses. They do sell them here but I did come at a bad time since they didn't have a lot of options available that day. Overall, they have a great selection of running shoes and all the accessories. I'll definitely come back again if needed! read more

Thank you Dan and Fleet Feet Greenville! The best customer experience I believe I've ever had in a retail purchase. From start to finish, you have an expert walking you through the process of selecting the right shoe for YOUR feet. Explaining everything about why those selections would be best for you throughout the process. From foot scan to checkout, you are taken care of, and you can tell everyone in there is knowledgeable and enjoys helping people. Their fitment guarantee also gives you confidence in your purchase. I have been buying shoes the wrong way my entire life--picking out the best looking, on sale pair off the shelf at big box athletic stores. Never again. Fleet feet--you have earned a customer for life! read more

Very helpful and great options. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of people to help and no time waiting. read more

Just like good tires keep your car safely on the road, good shoes are important to helping you walk right. When a friend recommended Fleet Feet we thought we'd check them out. I loved the fact that they took the time to evaluate our feet and then recommended the best shoe for our needs. That's so much better than traditional shoe stores where you're left to your own best guesses. After buying our shoes, we went on a vacation and the shoes performed magnificently. If I'd gone with my prior shoes, I'd have been much more uncomfortable. Bottom line - go here for the right shoes for your feet. read more

I received outstanding time and service from someone very knowledgeable about the needs of older runner/walkers and their foot issues and needs. There was no pressure to buy and I felt like I was in expert hands. read more

Went in the store looking to purchase a pair of Hoka shoes. Was told they had them way in the back in boxes and pretty much that they weren't going to get them out. First time there and the last bc if you don't want to sell a pair of shoes why are you in business. The sales guys were to lazy to make an effort to try and sell me a pair of shoes. So we left there and went down the road to GB Warehouse and bought the shoes. In Greenville SC there are plenty of other places to go and buy shoes especially if the sales guys are to lazy to do there job. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. read more

Spencer did an amazing job - fitted my aging mother for new insoles and found the perfect running socks for my sister - thanks dude !!!

My sister and I came in looking for shoes for different purposes. Susie was absolutely fantastic finding both of us the perfect shoe. You can really tell she's passionate about her job! She gave great marathon training advice. Thanks Susie! We'll be back! read more

I suggest if you're African American then this not the store for you , they look at you funny like it's a "white only" sign on the door wasn't friendly at all they see the color of my skin and get nervous off rip I like my shoes I purchased but I'll never give them another dime of my money. read more

Thomas was the reason for my 5 star experience. Nice guy and patient while trying to fit me to the best shoe.

Apparently these guys either don't answer the phone, don't check their voicemail, don't clean out their voicemail, or all of the above. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and the voicemail mailbox is full. It's 2:46pm on Tuesday afternoon: answer your phone folks! After no answer on the phone I visited in person looking for a particular supplement. Inventory was very low. Had the least variety or any store I have seen. No need to waste my time here in the future. read more

They have great customer service! Each employee tries to get you in the best feeling and fitting shoe for the customer!

Colin fitted me for new running shoes and WOW. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was so impressed. Their staff pampers you from the minute you walk in the door and you leave confident, knowing that you have the best shoes for YOU! Thanks guys! read more

Great running store. Had an issue with some tred falling off they replaced the shoes no problem and got me fitted with a new pair!

Not just for runners. They offer the best shoes here to get you up and moving. The well-trained staff will take time to measure your feet to ensure you get the products you need. Additionally, they offer a line of orthotic inserts to place in the shoes so you won't have injuries like fallen arches. If you want to make exercise a lifetime habit, you want to take care of your feet so they'll take care of you. Visit Fleet Feet. read more

I had a great experience buying a new pair of running shoes here. I'd been looking to get back into running and the store employee (Jack I believe) gave me plenty of time to determine which shoe would be best for my running needs. They also have a really cool machine that scans your foot, giving information about foot size and width, something I'd never seen before. While I won't need another pair of shoes again for awhile, they have other running clothes there, so I hope to stop in again soon! Also their rewards program is good and seems customer-friendly. Definitely go here for your new running shoes! read more

The employees are really helpful and can find a shoe that caters to your lifestyle or activities. They want to make sure that you have something that is comfortable and will endure your activities. They give you an awesome one-on-one experience. read more

Went during posted business hours and they were locking the door. Asked if they were closing early as the hours are posted on the door. Woman stated something about they don't stay open that late until after someone's birthday. Sorry, that $260.00 your business just lost. read more

I came to this store after leaving another running store where the staff did not take the time to measure me properly or watch my stride. The staff at Fleet Feet was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my measurements and my gait. Great experience! read more

Great customer service, as soon as you walk in. The girl that helped me knew exactly which shoes that I was in need of, as I am starting to run seriously. She was right as my Asics are stellar to run in! read more

I am sooo impressed with Greenville Fleet Feet and their staff. I received a gift card for Christmas so popped in one Saturday to buy some new running shoes. The sales associates was so nice and helpful. She took the time to measure my foot and let me try different styles and sizes. I left super pleased. After one run in my new kicks I knew they weren't going to do it. I went back to the store to see what options I had. They said not to worry and they would exchange them for another pair until we got the right fit. I went back one more time after the second pair were still not comfy (no fault of the store, that's my awkward foot shapes fault). Anyhow the 3rd time was a charm and I am officially the biggest fleet feet and hokas fan ever! I could not be more pleased with the service I received from all 3 associates I worked with at the store. I highly recommend taking the time to stop in. read more

Good luck getting assistance in this store. I've been a regular customer for years, but in a week have made three trips in and left without help. Finally, after being ignored for half an hour, another customer walked in and the sales staff immediately told her she needed to be on the waiting list. If you're going to pick and choose who you acknowledge, I will let my money speak elsewhere. read more

Wonderful and supportive staff! Incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help with any type of question. Would recommend Fleet Feet!

Great customer service! I did not end up liking the sneakers I purchased here, but moved a few weeks after purchasing them. I worked with one of the managers who fully refunded me and allowed me to ship the shoes back after trying them out. Highly recommend! read more

Recommend this fantastic group and store. I have run and bought shoes all over the USA for over 50 years, and my experience here was as good as it gets! Everyone in the store spoke as they passed by. Kate qasked great questions, was very knowledgeable, and my shoes feel and look great. The sales process and entire experience was no pressure and very helpful. New location on Augusta St coming into west Main is easy to spot with their big sign out front. Give them a try for your next pair. read more

Awesome staff. They take the time to measure you and ensure you get the right fit. Fair prices + they don't try to sell you a bunch of additional stuff you don't need. Their orthodic inserts are better than others that I've paid a lot more for. I'll definitely go back to Fleet Feet again and again. read more

This is a great running store with an AWESOME team to answer your questions and assisting you with getting what you need to prepare for your next run or race. They have a great selection of shoes and apparel as well as anything you might need for before, during and after your run. They also regularly put on free clinics and can provide you with several running groups in the area. read more

1. For buying shoes, the staff are excellent and helpful. The prices are maybe $5 more than Amazon so they're not way overpriced. 2. For the running programs, I was quite disappointed. The people are friendly. However, when I realized I was in the wrong group and tried to see if I can get email notices for a different running group (I paid $100 for the training program and only went to one meeting realizing I was more advanced), I first didn't get a response to my first email. Then the 2nd email only said that the group I wanted to get notices was not in session. Nothing about placing me on the email list when that group starts up again. I wasn't asking to join the running sessions since I made the wrong choice and it was my error. However, I was only asking to get the emails of the training recommendations since they did take my $100. Now I realize I can get those training recommendations online for free. My $100 error. Just trying to spare other people if they're not sure which group to join. Maybe try a program online first to see where you would fit in before committing that much money. read more

I was so pleasantly surprised shopping there! I had a issue with my stride and they really took the time to help me. I was very satisfied.

I'm very disappointed in this place. Customer service isn't that great. My wife ordered a pair of shoes from there because they didn't have her size in stock. She was convinced by the sales associate that if she ordered them in the store they would arrive in 3-4 days. My wife ordered them and called back to the store 4 days later to check the status of the shoes. she was told by a sales associate that he was not able to find her order and that he would call her back after some research. Well we never received a phone call back and this same song and dance went on for 3 days. I finally decided to go into the store and find out what the problem was. I was told they had a problem with there Asics account and would get them by the next day. I understand challenges happen, but this would have been a good opportunity for them to at least identify the problem the first time I called instead of blowing me off. Plus the specialized running shoes are offered at many other running stores in Greenville for a cheaper price. Or you can order the same shoe they offer online for 20-30 dollars less. I received no benefit from going to FleetFeet except poor customer service and over priced shoes. read more
