Bella stated she would call me when they came in. Fast forward to 9-12-24, I received a text message from Bella stating that the jeans were in and she would hold my size. I spent quite a while looking in the store, not one person greeted me, not one person asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, and when I wanted to try on a dress (mind you a $450 dress) I waited patiently at the dressing rooms for someone to show me where I could try it on. It finally took me asking someone after standing there quite a while for anyone to notice me or show me where I could go. It felt like they serviced only regular customers. I loved the dress and WOULD have bought it, but even after I came out of the bathroom room not one person addressed me. It was a complete turn off. Like the pretty woman movie...I will take my business elsewhere. Not a great first impression of Greenville, SC and I will never go back to the store.
