If you need it, Labels has it...and for a reasonable price! No, this is not your average second hand clothing store. This is a DESIGNER consignment boutique. My friend and style guru extraordinaire, Bentley DeGarmo (OWNER!), knows what her savvy clientele wants - and she really delivers! I am always impressed with her ever-changing inventory of designer clothing and accessories which arrive every day. Each item that comes through the door is thoroughly screened by Bentley herself, so whatever you see on the sales floor has been specifically approved. In other words, you are guaranteed to look good in whatever you decide to buy! You won't see outdated or ragtag clothes here: fashions from Dolce & Gabbana, Theory, Louis Vuitton, Diane Von Furstenburg, Tory Burch, and Gucci are just a few of the designer labels she carries. I also want to mention that over a quarter of these styles have never even been worn and some arrive for inspection complete with tags. Talk about a steal! What more could a shopper ask for?! I haven't made a trip to Labels yet without buying something. I really don't think it's possible to leave such an incredible store empty handed; there are just too many gorgeous clothes, shoes, purses, scarves...you name it! Wow. I think I'll have to stop in this week to snag some of those new arrivals for spring! read more

Labels is one of my favorite places to find new and complimenting pieces to my wardrobe.

Found some fantastic treasures! All resale is hit or miss based on sizes/ seasons & styles, but I had a very successful trip. I will definitely be back. The owner is also lovely! read more

Beautiful shop. Lovely jewelry, accessories and clothing. Lots of inventory. Owner is lovely.

This is the designer version of Plato's Closet. You take a brand new, in season item, and they offer you $1 for it.. That was my experience here. The owner was very pleasant, and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. But.. If you're looking to see any decent return on your items, your best option is probably listing them for sale online. I brought in clothing only, only about 10 items. Half were accepted, around $700 worth of clothes, current styles, some still new with tags, and was only offered $55. I wasn't expecting a lot, but definitely wasn't expecting less than 10% of what my items were worth. They also keep your hangers. read more

I have gone to this shop several times and the owner was very nice, however the last time I was there I was dressed down and the owner no lie seriously was watching me like a hawk as if I was going to steal something! And mind you I have even sold stuff to this women. I don't go in there a lot but still I don't know who she thinks she is but you know u shouldn't judge a book by its cover! read more

Wonderful store with fabulous pieces and helpful owner who is knowledgeable and fun.

Well, must say, if you want to be offended go to Labels. Not only did they look down at my mother-in-law, but they insulted her by saying they "aren't fashionable enough". I know for a fact that all the things that were placed in her car were impeccably taken care of and "stylish". What do they expect? I understand if perhaps some of the stuff didn't fit into her business model, but a more eloquent way of decline should have been in order. Perhaps something along the lines of "This is nice and very well taken care of, but we're not accepting such items at this time". Declining product is one thing, insulting is another. I guess it should have been expected, typical Augusta Road. read more

I walked by this store on my lunch hour and a 50% off rack on the sidewalk caught my eye. My friend and I took a look, and she convinced me to purchase a couple of items which were very reasonably priced. Honestly, I had no idea even what store this was - just passing by on our way back to the office. Since my time was limited and the prices were so reasonable, I grabbed the items and walked into the store. There were two ladies inside having a personal conversation. I mean, I have worked retail, and there was no question that they were not doing business, as they were discussing family members, parents, children, how everybody was doing in school, etc. I was in a bit of a hurry, but stopped and smiled, thinking that the salesperson would surely interrupt her personal conversation to take care of a customer. But, no. This went on for several minutes, until the other lady finally got around to taking her leave. My presence wasn't even acknowledged until the woman walked out. At this point, the saleslady looked down her nose at me as she reached for the items in my hand and told me she would put them in a dressing room for me. I was already late getting back to my office, and her personal conversation had not helped matters, but I was determined not to be rude about it, so I just smiled and said, "no thanks, I'm ready to pay for these now." She then got a REALLY disgusted look on her face and told me they didn't like to sell clothes that hadn't been tried on, since they didn't take returns. To my chagrin, I found myself trying to explain to her why it was OK, really, and I just wanted to pay for them. She finally conceded and allowed me to pay. I only wish I had realized before I left that this was a CONSIGNMENT store. I would have told her, "no worries, if they don't work for me I will just give them to GOODWILL." Typical Augusta Road snob store. Has nobody ever informed this woman she is selling used clothes, no matter what brand they are? I won't be back. I'm sure I won't be missed, but it does make me feel good to run my own personal boycott. read more

I agree with many of the comments above . Very snooty staff . Treated some customers (regulars?) very friendly . Never talked to me and when I brought my purchases up and tried to make conversation , the older woman was very unfriendly. Was my first time in and probably my last . read more

I was reviewing this store online during the Covid 19 lockdown and again after they opened. They have very nice items for reasonable prices. I called them today to inquire about a few pieces still being in stock and was pleasantly answered by the girl who answered the phone. I am on my way after work!! Can't wait! read more

Found some cool items here. Was told they don't negotiate so that precluded me from purchasing a few more items. While I certainly understand, most likely a small discount would have resulted in at least $50 more profit for them. At any rate, their items are quality and we'll displayed. read more

I love this place!!!! Top of the line lables like Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Armani, etc.. and I always find something for a great price. This is my favorite consignment shop in Greenville. A real gem!! read more

This is a GREAT store!! I just recently moved to the area and have been disappointed in other consignment stores that I have been to. This store has great brands and everything is in fantastic condition, to top it off the prices are amazing. I met the owner who was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. She has very good taste and I can't wait to return to see what she has next!!! read more

Great clothes and prices! Designer on a budget! The owner and staff were so helpful! I definitely recommend

The staff is so rude here. I think they feel they are the only consignment around which is not the case. They are unfriendly and I talked to someone on the phone about consigning my Marc Jacobs, Armani, Fendi, Prada and other items and inquired into the details. The woman I spoke to was so offensive, I honestly will never go there again. She talked over me and wouldn't allow me to ask my questions. One question she responded to, she sounded like it was so absurd to even ask, again, I will never go there. If you want to feel less than adequate and that you are doing them a favor in shopping there, by all means, this is the shop for you. read more

Had to give a one star here because there was nothing less. I too had the same experience as the writer below. Took some things to consign, One dress especially was important to me. I would inquire about this dress repeatedly, knowing it had been there for a while. I would receive different excuses every time. 1) We think we should keep the dress a little longer- okay... 2) The dress was out on a loan? When I ask what this meant the salesperson said, "maybe someone was trying it on" 3) Several items were taken out for a fashion show or showing? 4) Not sure where it is... I'm sure it's here. Later, I received an email to come pick up my items that had not sold. The email listed a few things that were mine and 1 item that was not?? This specific dress that I had inquired about for months was not listed in this email. I responded to the email about these two issues... no one replied. I went to the store to pick up my items and of course my dress was not there. When I inquired about it, the owner of the store replied, "It had been donated to charity because I never came back to pick it up." I was so shocked and felt scammed. I explained to her that I had inquired about my dress on several occasions and was always told the dress was not there. With no remorse whatsoever, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry it's in our contract." I'm not one to take my time to write reviews but when I saw the writer below had a similar experience and I was not crazy as the Labels representative made me feel, I felt it necessary to warn others. read more

This store is amazing! I have consigned and bought here. Very high end clothes at reasonable prices. I got a Nanette Lepore dress along with a pair of Cole Haan heels, and I would've bought more if I didn't have to fit it in my suitcase!!! Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a nice check in the mail for my items that had sold. The store has everything you could want from the most up-to-date styles to vintage Louis Vuitton. I wish that I lived closer because it's where I would shop first for any occasion....from casual everyday to swanky cocktail. read more

Great place to buy but be wary about consigning. I left multiple items to consign. After the requisite time period for consigning expired, I emailed the store to pick up and was told they wanted to keep the items a bit longer and would email me when to come pick them up. Another two months passed and I stopped by to inquire as to what was going on. They found two items and returned them, but the other (a Zac Posen dress) was "missing." The woman at the check out made sure to make me feel that this was my fault for not coming up sooner. I showed her the emails about leaving the items. I asked for a call from the owner or manager to look into it more and never received one. Definitely will not be taking any future items to sell there. read more

Funny place..I walked in after barre class. A woman dressed in a label came in after me. The former received a warm hello...whilst I was totally ignored. Obviously I did not meet their standards. read more

This place is AMAZING . Great upscale women's consignments. Tons of brands and great prices. Owners very helpful, engaging

Love this place. I've been hunting around in Labels for what seems like forever now- they have a really great ever changing selection, amazing prices and a fun, sweet team of staff. Can't tell you how many friends I have brought there- and we all love it. It has become a highlight for my out of town girlfriends... amazing DESIGNER, high end finds. Last year I started consigning some of my designer pieces- it's been a wonnderful experience too- even though not ALL of the pieces sold. It happens :) I look forward to spending time in the shop whenever I get the chance and totally trust the team with any items I bring in! read more
