Walking into this little vintage shop brought back memories of my childhood with so many artifacts and knick-knacks. Every corner had something charming from old books to delicate dishes that reminded me of my grandmother's table, and treasures with a kind of character you can't find in new things. Rude pushy owner!! Said the price on the items wasn't correct and proceeded to thumb through the books and tell me they cost much more than the marked prices! Ma'am you priced them!! Left the books and will NEVER be back. Be warned before you go that the price on the item is up for debate depending on her mood. read more

I found two books with $10 price stickers on them. The lady that works there took them out of my hand before I even went to the register and started thumbing through them like she knew who the Civil War Generals were... She then said the price wasn't $10 and said a number that was ALOT more. Its ashame people are out there trying to take advantage of unsuspecting people trying to enjoy their lives without having to be vigilant of bad folks. She clearly doesn't know about the Golden Rule either. I will make sure to let family and friends know to stay away. read more

I went into this antique store today and found a crystal bowl clearly marked at $25. I brought it to the register, only to be told they refused to sell it because it was "priced wrong." That's beyond frustrating -- it's infuriating. Pricing items correctly is the store's responsibility, not the customer's. Instead of honoring the price that was right in front of me or even attempting to make it right, they simply took it away and sent me on my way. This was the only thing I fell in love with. I found a pitcher priced $25 as well and instead of honoring the price of the bowl they gave me the pitcher which was a sad excuse of an apology. They did offer to contact their client whose bowl it was and check on the price but I am under a budget as this bowl was supposed to be for my wedding. I walked out feeling angry, embarrassed, and completely disregarded. If zero stars were an option, that's exactly what they'd be getting. read more

Cute on entering. So me very quality items with great variety. The reason for 2 stars to many items not priced. I'm not chasing down a sales associate to ask for prices. There is an upstairs they should really shut down to customers. Lots of things up there not priced. Lots and f empty space. read more

Great business lots of great products that you would be very happy with if you like antiques

This is a review of their Estate Sale Business which is connected to their shop on their business card. I have been to two they have held, the first one over a year ago. It was one of the first I believe they had run in the Greenville area and prices were crazy high. I attended the last day and it looked like they still had most of the items from the photos. They had no set discount (most companies will do 50% off the last day) and also seemed to be selling items from outside dealers. I did not bother going to any other sales by them till today when they had one closer to me. I thought maybe they had learned. Less than 20 people were waiting to go in when the doors open (the established ES co. in this area often have 50 or more people waiting to go in on the first day). Prices again were very high. Also they were late opening and still pricing things. With no set prices for books, they had a guy looking up every book and then pricing them according to online listings, not sold comps. And again when someone asked about discounting the last day, they gave no definite answer. Just said it would depend on the item. Another employee told someone else they would not discount at all, so not even the people that work with them know what's going on. I feel bad for the client who will probably end up selling the leftovers to the ES co for much less than they could have made; had they known what they were doing and been better organized. Just beware of hiring estate sale companies that may have a vested interest in NOT selling as much as the can. If they also own a store, be it a real shop or online, then IMO that is a "vested interest". Unfortunately, Plunder is an apt name and not in a good way. read more

Out for an afternoon of thrifting with a friend and stumbled on this delightful store. Thoroughly enjoyed poking around this store chock full of vintage and antique items. Employees were very friendly! Appears to have high turnover in merchandise which is appealing to me. Unfortunately because of this not everything was price marked. Will be back! read more
