I see you throw sales all the time but then you up the pricing during the sales. That's not how sales work. Sales are to get rid of old, stale inventory, not to make a sale because your prices are crazy and make no sense. No wonder why several of your stores got shut down. If you wanna sell antiques and vintage items then change the store and stop saying thrift. People are coming in here thinking they're gonna get nice things for a low price and that's happening.

(They have quite a bit of merchandise sitting in front of the store.) After checking that out I decided to go inside. There were a lot of men standing and blocking the entrance so I thought there might be another entrance but they moved when I asked if I was coming in the right way. Once inside I was a little disappointed. I don't mind getting dirty. If it's lots of stuff that doesn't bother me... I love to dig through junk to find a treasure! So the tightly packed small store didn't drive me away. However, the first thing that hit me was the store smelled bad. My second discovery was that none of the big items were priced. Quite a few people came and went while I was there. If I was near the other Home with a Heart stores I would stop and check them out. I probably won't visit this one again unless I want to do a DIY project and have the time to have someone price those items I'm interested in buying. This is the 2nd time I used Greystone for chair repairs. The first was a ladder chair broken at…read morethe top center. When I got it back, it looked like they had used tinted hot glue to piece it together. It was old but not an antique and I assumed it was the best that could be done. I recently brought in a new white chair that had a back leg broken (teen boys!) When I went to pick it up, the woman at the desk commented on how clean it was and they don't usually get chairs that clean. When I got it home, I noticed dirty fingerprints all over it. As I was trying to clean it, I realized it also had a red dusting all over it. I believe they must have taken it to their shop, and let it sit there uncovered while the sanded other pieces of furniture. While the repair of the leg is solid, not protecting the furniture from dirt in their shop is unacceptable. It still looks dingy compared to the other chairs, very disappointed.

What a surprise when I walked through the front door! I was amazed at the high quality furniture! It was everywhere! I instantly started taking a video! The sales people here are super nice and not the least bit pushy! That was a relief in itself. They took their time giving me a tour and even introduced me to the owner!
