After getting such a bad taste in our mouth at David's Bridal on Sunday afternoon, we googled to…read moresee if any other bridal stores were open while we were in town. Best Bride was, and so even though we didn't have an appointment, we drove over to see if they could accommodate us. From the moment we walked in, the difference was like night and day. We were warmly greeted and when we explained what happened, they told us they'd do whatever they could to take care of us. Even though they were busy with some other appointments, they made us feel special and welcome. It was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and I found quite a few dresses that I am now considering. The owners are incredibly friendly and will give you exactly the kind of experience that you would hope to have. High, high marks. We plan to visit them again as my date gets closer to see what other stock might rotate in, but they do have a large selection in a range of sizes, and can order anything you might like on their site that isn't out.

I stood there and couldn't believe her tone. I tried my gown on. The other young long brown hair girl was polite. I told her I might purchase two gowns. She said, ok good. The short hair blonde girl came up to the counter while I was paying the balance and opened my dress bag to see if I stole the second gown I tried on. the long brown hair girl put the gown in the bag from the dressing room. I told the long brown hair girl her coworker was rude. she smiled as if she wanted to say, I know she was rude to you. . I thought money was green. I guess not. She needs to reprimanded. They went above and beyond for this aunt that was seeking help for her 9th grade niece whom was striking out on finding pageant dresses in the upstate area for the Greenwood High Pageant. They sacrificed their time so that my family could drive down from Greenwood on a late Sunday afternoon (which they are closed btw) and try on a multitude of dresses! My niece felt so confident, comfortable, and valued in her experience that I could not have been more thankful. We had such a great time and the customer service was superb that we will Definitely be making this our go to shop for any prom/pageant and formal wear! I told her I probably wasn't interested in store credit, just cash, and she said okay. I told them I would be back in a couple of hours while I ran some errands. I lost track of time and didn't make it back before they closed. I returned the following weekend to get my cash and they somehow put all of my books in the shelf and didn't even have a cash offer for me. Why would you just put someone's books in your shelf without even realizing who they belong to? Ridiculous. I am Very disappointed. Not having a cash offer I was forced to take store credit or I would have given them about 30 books for me. I doubt I'll ever use the store credit, so thanks for stealing my books Mr K.
