I was in Kohl's on Saturday and looked at the Jewelry counter and they had exactly what I wanted and to make it better, they were on sale and they gave me an extra discount. In the end, I got a nice set of ear rings for about 1/3 of the original price and a young lady on her 15th Birthday was thrilled. Great service in this department.

There is no way either of us shouldn't have been approved. We were both told that we weren't approved in the store but would have to wait 10 days and come back if we received the card. If it was one of us I would've thought maybe something had gone wrong but it happened to both of us. This is a ploy to create urgency in store and then hope the applicant forgets to come back for the discount. The card should be approved or declined. Not, wait to see. I wouldn't have applied if they had said I would have to come back. I'm disappointed in Old Navy.

The prices are very fair compared to other boutique style stores, but I'd say the Village Store has the biggest selection of home and gift items in the Lake area.
