This Belk store has several of the popular and quality brands in SOME of its departments -but it seems to be more like an outlet store for Belks in the women's clothing departments -with lots of crowded sales racks. The sales personnel are polite and friendly in all departments, and most are very experienced. If you find something you like, but not the right size or color -they will check online and help you order what you need & have it sent to your home. There is lots of free parking space, some of it is in the shade. The store is clean and generally well maintained. Returns are very easy. This store anchors the almost-deserted mall that keeps being promised to improve. Athens has been waiting for someone to return this mall to the busy, popular, profitable place it once was.
