I walked in and he only showed me a $ 250 pair of Maui Jim and then a $ 50 pair of some cheapo to make the other one look good. He uses all the sales lingo "What are your eyes worth to you?". I should have got an Aviator style as it does not look so bad but they cost less than the most expensive ones and so I now look even older than I am (LOL). My suggestion is go in and get 2-3 in the price range and then go home and look at their reviews and make sure you are not overpaying. You will be paying full retail at this store. I purchased online shoes from Rack Room as they have the buy one get one at half off which was a little better than I could have done from Skechers direct for two pairs of shoes. However, one of the pair of shoes didn't fit so I ordered the correct size from Rack Room of the same model shoe. When trying to return the shoes that didn't fit, they would only refund the purchase price minus the 50% of the second pair of shoes I got resulting in a loss of $31. Rather than do this the simple way, I will have to return all 3 pairs of shoes in order to purchase the two pairs of shoes I want but I will go to Skechers direct and use coupons with them taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in their customer service.

This is a new shopping center that is easy to get to. The outlets were a little smaller than I'm used to. Maybe because I've been to some Gap Factory stores. But, I scored some good deals and made out with 6 sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans for $100. They also had a DSW shoe store, Pier One and several other cool stores. I didn't see much in the way of food options and wished there was somewhere close by to grab a bite of lunch. But, maybe they'll add that to the area at some point.

I think it is because I brought in my old shoes and the guy looked at the tread wear and it is pretty even. He pulled out 3 different brands of shoes and had me try them all on. I felt no pressure to purchase one brand over the other. He told me immediately the prices of each and walked away to let me choose. Another store associate came over while he was helping another customer and asked if I had any questions or if there were other specifications for the shoes I required. She and he were very helpful. I did buy a pair of shoes and I would most definitely return to get more should the need arise. There is limited parking. I recommend the store, highly!

With an unbiased opinion, he talked me through what I tried on and asked thorough questions of how each pair felt - I was super impressed with his suggestions as we narrowed down each pair - he must have brought out over 7 or 8 pair of shoes with different colored options. I can't thank him enough for being so rad and patient with my questions and concerns too. I scored a great pair of shoes with confidence in attaining my running goals and no buyers remorse! I had the worst experience today at Belk. I went in to return a formal dress that I had purchased…read moreat Gainesville Belk. Shonda, the associate working the return desk, looked at the dress and found a few pieces of lint inside the bottom of the dress, and told me that she couldn't return it because it seemed, from the two pieces of lint inside, that I had worn it. I tried it on but never wore it. I do have a big dog and he may have brushed against the bottom when it was hanging on the door frame at home. I have never been treated like this. All of the tags were on it too. I demanded a manager and she called one over to me. The manager was nice, and she explained how there are certain things they must check(which I had been told already). She returned the dress for me and hinted I should have gone back to Gainesville where I purchased it. The reason I went to Bethlehem was because it was closer this time and had to be returned by the 15th of January. I have been taught that if you work with the public you do everything you can to provide service to the customer in a pleasant and helpful way. I am 76 years old and I will not be treated this way by anyone. I will have a hard time recommending Bethlehem Belk to anyone I know.
