Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about running shoes. They're quick to resolve any issue. Couldn't recommend them more.

Whether you're a veteran golfer or someone looking to get into the game, PGA Tour Superstore has…read moreeverything you need (and don't need). This is a big box retailer with multiple locations across the country. We're lucky enough to have three in Georgia, all of which are located in suburbs north of Atlanta, each roughly 30+ minutes from the city. I've been to all three PGA Tour Superstore locations in Georgia: this one in Lawrenceville, Kennesaw (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-kennesaw), and Roswell (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-roswell). I even used to go to the one in Buckhead, now closed (https://www.yelp.com/biz/pga-tour-superstore-atlanta). As this is a chain, all of the stores are very similar. They sell everything from the latest golf equipment and sportswear to swing analysis, lessons, and club repair. These stores are truly one-stop shops for all things golf. If you're a golf enthusiast and it's your first time, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store. This location in Lawrenceville is located just off I-85. If traveling northbound from the city, you'll take exit 105 (SR 120 - Duluth, Lawrenceville). If traveling southbound, you'll take exit 107 (SR 120 to SR 316 east / Boggs Road - Duluth, Lawrenceville). It's close to Sugarloaf Mills (shopping mall) and TPC Sugarloaf (one of the best golf courses in metro Atlanta). Compared to the PGA Tour Superstore locations in Kennesaw and Roswell, I believe this location is the smallest. That's okay though because they still have everything the other locations have including a putting green to try out putters and hitting bays with simulators and shot trackers to demo clubs and do custom club fittings. I had a great experience at this store. I had my entire set regripped at the Kennesaw location. I went out and played a round and noticed the grips on three of my clubs (5-iron, 9-iron, and pitching wedge) weren't installed correctly. The grips weren't fully pushed down the shafts so there was play (bending) at the top of the grips. It was annoying and particularly bad on my pitching wedge. Since I happened to be up in Duluth (near Lawrenceville) at the time, I decided to get the incorrectly-installed grips replaced at this location. I called the Kennesaw location to confirm that I could get these grips replaced at another PGA Tour Superstore location and they confirmed I could. Ideally, I would have taken these grips back to the Kennesaw location so they could see what they did wrong, but it was out of the way for me. I walked into this store, immediately to the club repair counter, and explained what happened. I handed my clubs to the club repair supervisor and he inspected them. As he bent the grip back at the top of my pitching wedge, his eyes widened and he said, "Yep, that's bad." He took a quick look at my receipt from the Kennesaw store and approved his subordinate to regrip my clubs at no cost. He told me it would take about 20 minutes and his estimate was correct. As a walk-in customer on a Sunday morning, my clubs were ready in only 20 minutes and they were regripped properly. I played the following weekend and never hit my 5-iron better. Seriously! (Though also perhaps a coincidence.) While waiting for my clubs to be regripped, I checked out some of the latest Honma and TaylorMade drivers as well as some new putter models. I also looked around in the apparel section and noticed the store carries the latest line of Under Armour golf shorts (Showdown style) which I had been ordering for myself online. I like that they carry current lines with modern fits.

I should have read the reviews before going to this particular location. This store has a good…read moreinventory and the prices seem reasonable; however, the overall staff experience hasn't been what I had hoped for. My first visit was great. I worked with a really attentive staff member and ended up purchasing my first set of clubs. Subsequent visits however haven't been so good (working with other staff members). I'm a new golfer who doesn't really know my way around the game/equipment yet. The staff generally seems to have a low tolerance for people like me and often display a condescending tone or impatience when it comes to questions or a lack of knowledge.

Took about 45 minutes just to get measured because he had no idea how to do any of the measurements correctly. Make sure you try on everything when they give it to you. My pants had a loose inseam so you could see my inner thigh on both sides. thankfully I tried them on and caught the mistake, but I then had to come back the next day to get new pants as they didn't have any readily available. A big inconvenience when i dont live in the area The new pants they gave to me were not slim fit like the original and they were way too short for me. My bow tie clasp snapped as soon as I put it on wedding day. I was advised by Chris that I didn't have to try everything on so I assumed they double checked things like that. So I had to rig together my bow tie the morning of the wedding which was not fun. Overall a 0 star experience. Save your money and go to Pernos or anywhere else in Athens, or use Suit Shop. I will not be back and will strongly advise against them if ever brought up for future events.

Well, you see its like this. If you can't find it at Wal-mart, and you don't have an REI, then go…read moreto Dicks. Their pricing is on par for the products, but the selection seems to be rather limited on most things in the store. It seems as though they've tried to offer a store for all sports, but they are a master of nothing. They may have a hunting section, but they don't carry a wide variety of ammo- the mountain bike section is a hodge podge of expert gear and noobie junk. There is all this "stuff" just spread out in the store, and you get the feeling that they would have been better off specializing a little more. Not a bad place to shop, but if you can get to an REI or Bass Pro Shops instead, then you'll probably end up better off.

Well well. I did check online and it brought me to YOU so we see how far that got me. NOWHERE He actually walked away after stating that. No good bye, no help, nothing! Not even an attempt to up sell to a different kayak. I will NEVER go back here. We left, went to Academy and bought a kayak. I like shopping at Bass pro shop for clothes and outdoor gear like fishing stuff. The only thing I…read moredo not like is being houndedf by employees to get the bass pro credit card. Also, they have salespeople who push time shares which can bankrupt you! Instead most financial planners recommend simply renting timeshares from existing owners (via platforms like RedWeek or eBay) or using standard short-term vacation rentals. This gives you all the benefits of a timeshare vacation with zero long-term maintenance fee liability or exit traps. Having said that this location has knowledgeable sales people in different departments who can give you advice and answer questions you have about the great outdoors! When compatted with Rei Academy, or Dick's Bass's loyalty program beats them with discounts but will price match too.

That kind of thing really takes away from the experience, especially at a store that promotes itself as an outdoor and sportsman's destination. On top of that, right in the middle of the store was a Bluegreen Vacations stand with multiple pushy sales reps trying to get shoppers to sign up for their promotions. It felt intrusive and out of place for what should've been a laid-back shopping trip. Most of the items seemed overpriced for what they were--mostly name-brand products you could easily find elsewhere for less. There wasn't anything particularly unique or exciting that stood out about the store itself. Overall, I just didn't understand the hype. It looked nice on the surface, but the actual shopping experience fell short.
