However, one of the pair of shoes didn't fit so I ordered the correct size from Rack Room of the same model shoe. When trying to return the shoes that didn't fit, they would only refund the purchase price minus the 50% of the second pair of shoes I got resulting in a loss of $31. Rather than do this the simple way, I will have to return all 3 pairs of shoes in order to purchase the two pairs of shoes I want but I will go to Skechers direct and use coupons with them taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in their customer service.

But, I scored some good deals and made out with 6 sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans for $100. They also had a DSW shoe store, Pier One and several other cool stores. I think it is because I brought in my old shoes and the guy looked at the tread wear and it is pretty even. He pulled out 3 different brands of shoes and had me try them all on. I felt no pressure to purchase one brand over the other. He told me immediately the prices of each and walked away to let me choose. Another store associate came over while he was helping another customer and asked if I had any questions or if there were other specifications for the shoes I required. She and he were very helpful.
