The new owner fixed the speed issue, but that didn't last long. The belt he replaced was not a genuine part. He also upgrading the feet on my turntable, which actually was not as good as the genuine feet that was on it. I'm new to collecting vinyl and buying vintage equipment. I just think I've been taking advantage of by both of these guys and I highly do not recommend!

Purses - sign says $4 unless marked. Now seriously $22? For a old used purse? I dont care what the name is, its used! You can get beautiful purses brand new for $22 at tjmax or like. Boots my husband picked up $30! Really? They are used! They have a few of these around there is another in Forest City we go to they are definitely better on prices than this one. I was just disappointed I didn't find anything at all I could not live without. On the way out I heard another lady who Did not buy anything say she thought the prices were high too. I love what Joyce has done with this place!!. She is always changing her displays and bringing in…read morewonderful new finds. There is always tons of new things to see and buy every time I go. And she is so talented! She has made a beautiful antiqued door display and several painted and distressed church pews for me. She is reasonably priced and stocks her store with treasures, and not a bunch of junk. She is located at the very end of the Lavonia Antique Market and you can definitely tell where her store starts and the other part ends. Night and day between her store and the rest of it. Her store is clean and organized. Also, Joyce and her sister are so helpful and friendly, unlike several of the ladies that work in the other part of this location. I will also add that she stays open for the posted store hours and does not close early or start turning off the lights on customers like they do in the other part of this location. I regularly see Joyce and her sister helping and checking out customers from the other location, when they have closed early and left customers still in the store and in the dark. The only reason I go to Lavonia Antique Market anymore is because of East Antiques, and if Joyce ever leaves, I won't go at all.
