On July 15,…read more2021 I placed online order # 330192387 and was told I could proceed to the store for pickup. I arrived at the curbside pickup location and followed the directions in the link sent to me. I received confirmation that the link worked and an associate would be out shortly with my order. After a 40 minute wait, I had to go inside, stand in a long line and pick up my order. On September 14, 2021I placed online order #335735211. Again I followed the directions and waited...and waited. After nearly 20 minutes I attempted to call the store. I was treated to no answer on multiple calls, just a voice machine that looped me back to where I started. I had to go inside, stand in line again. One of the cashiers had to call the person handling curbside pickup (Pamela) on the radio to tell her she was needed. Pamela walked to the front and asked the cashier what she needed. It was painfully obvious Pamela had no clue that I had alerted the store of my arrival at curbside or she just took her sweet time getting there. Thai seems to be an Anderson location issue as I have not had this issue at the Easley store.

Shorts didn't fit right. I called and manager agreed she and the others didn't like this style…read moreeither when they tried them on there. saying older people don't like this style due to the ballooning around the middle. What she explains on the phone are all the reasons why they won't help you and don't care if you order from them again. She does consider an exchange but only for the exact same short in a different color. Your short you have to pay to send them back, then their QC looks them over to decide if you can exchange them and if they don't pass you have to pay to get them back again or they send to good will. They are final sale with the sku ending in 91 but I missed reading that disclosure. It's not encouraging for me to want to order from them again when they make it so difficult. Make sure you read disclosures if you decide to order from them. I have many choices and this is the first time I have had problems and I will not choose them again.
