They are VERY patient and kind, down to earth professionals. The layout of the facility makes it easy to go from one activity to another (like going from the pistol range to a rifle range). I saw 3 rifle ranges one at 100 yards, 200 yards and 300 yards. Everything is very well kept and clean. I will be back.

He is passionate about gun use and safety. The class isn't dull or repetitive. Each phase of the course is extremely interesting, especially with David during this course. He explains everything and answers any and all questions put to him. He treats each pupil with respect regardless of whether you are a novice about guns or not. There wasn't a dull moment during this course. David is very professional and organized and a great instructor. He made me feel as though I was doing great, especially when it was time for me to use the gun range. I was really very, very nervous and intimidated because I had no knowledge about how to handle or use a gun. We were impressed with David's background, and experience, knowledge and professionalism. The real life scenarios using Nerf guns was also beneficial, and fun! We were glad to see that it was and all day class and that it covered legal issues, basic pistol knowledge, and required a written test and actual range qualification. You can still smell the paint drying in the new (air conditioned!) classroom. I specifically selected Wayne as my instructor due to his SWAT experience and he did not disappoint. I picked up several new techniques that I intend to blend into my own CCH/CWP training classes I instruct in North and South Carolina. Wayne has a no nonsense approach to instructing that is not overwhelmed with 'war stories' from his SWAT days but concentrates on the materials and techniques needed for CCW defense. The range is still a bit of a work in progress as this is a brand new facility but is adequate for the instruction and qualification. I expect it will be improved as time goes on. Bought a new highly polished blue SA-35 Springfield Armory online back on 4/4 and put in the notes…read moreto check the firearm for any issues before sending to my FFL. Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!

Purchased a wallet called Drake would not recommend the wallet due to flimsy made.
