I was assured that they would. Unfortunately, when the slippers arrived, it was immediately obvious that they were far too small and would not fit any young adult. While the return process itself was easy, I'm disappointed that I was left paying the shipping costs both ways for an item I specifically called to verify before purchasing. Had I been given accurate information about the sizing, I would not have placed the order in the first place. I appreciate that the return was handled easily, but I don't feel I should have been responsible for the shipping costs when I relied on the store's assurance about the fit.

Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!

Mostly it's for hikers, they have a lot of supporting equipment, not as extensive as REI but some. Also their claim to fame are the tee shirts. Which I happily bought and a cap. Staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly. The icing on top of the cake is the library downstairs. If you love to read, they have a series of interesting choices along with some regional history books. Go check this place out.

In hindsight, I should have bought one or more. You never know when you might want to be swallowed up in a soft extra large tee! She also has a lot of books, all reasonably priced. They also have funny/cute shirts that fit in with the town itself. I ended up leaving with more than I anticipated. The dressing room is exactly how I imagined it would be. They were super cute and very country. Although, they were small I was able to try on clothes. The rooms are closed off by old western tavern doors. So keep in mind they are small but no one can see in. There is not a mirror in the actual changing room so you do have to go out into the common area. That area is their little kitchen area. You're not in the same space but it is near by. No one imposed on me while trying the 7 items I found so I felt perfectly fine. If you have kids be sure to get them the "bear poop" or the "sasquatch poop". Don't worry, it's chocolate fudge but so fun for them. They have some fun little knick-knacks for camping too.
