The place is hectic because it's open for 3 Days per month. First weekend of every month. They also have craft items, very little furniture, organization materials, cross-stitch items, flowers, cricut items, lots of notions. The value of items are much lower than in department stores. The people are very helpful and nice. Can get very crowded. Only one shopping cart per isle. The establishment is nice but the people that shop there can get very rude. Not really the fault of the store. If you sew a lot you will save money here.

I purchased (online) 5 skeins of yarn, to be picked up at the local Joann's store. When I picked…read morethem up, the bag was knotted closed, I'm guessing so the skeins didnt't fall out. After I got home, I opened the bag and grabbed a skein, to start my project. Used that skein, then grabbed two more from the bag, when I needed them. The last two skeins were different colors than the first three, that I had already used. Took the two different ones back to the store to exchange them, but they didn't have the same color as the first three skeins. They really didn't seem to care that I got the wrong ones, or offer to find the ones that I needed from another store. Extremely frustrated, because I had over half of my project done and can't finish it. Also have to buy more yarn, so that I can start my project over again.

Dropped off the seats and the deposit in January and was told it would be March before they could get to us. No problem. When I started inquiring the last of March I was told March wasn't over. When I again inquired in April I was told it was too much work and they would not be able to work me in. Put me off for four months before I had to pick up my seats and my deposit. Now I am at the bottom of a wait list and no seats for my boat this season. I am okay with them saying they didn't want to do it. I am not okay with them not telling me that when they were quoting, when seats were dropped off, Or when I followed up numerous times. I would not recommend them.
