They have merged it into the store, throughout the entire store. Aisles are bare. This particular HL looks more like a Big Lot store. It is very disappointing to myself and my friends who also shop there. I asked the price of an item because it was not within my reach. Fast forward 6 years and my diploma is still in its case I received at graduation. I was in town to see a friend, which is rare since I live nearly 9 hours away and wandered back into this shop I had visited so often during my years as a student. I was helped immediately and showed a variety of frames. When discussing out loud which attributes of each I liked, he then told me that anything could be customized. He walked me through a custom order for my diploma. When I was done with my order, they even let me sign the floor! Once back in Florida, I was able to mail my diploma to them and they even called with updates to make sure my order was perfect. I received my diploma in the mail a little under a month after I placed the order and it was perfect! The packaging was secure for my precious order and was easy to open. The glass casing was etched with my graduation year and it looked even better than I expected! I had world class service from start to finish from Clemson Variety and Frame! I came away with a couple pounds of fabric odds that are great for quilting and small sewing creations, I also came home with several big thick bath towels, a down comforter, several golf towels and some much needed kitchen supplies. The staff at the warehouse are fantastic and I've had the occasion to ask questions on their website and they always respond promptly. I've not had the opportunity to use their fabric cutting, but will probably make use of it this upcoming visit. I hope they give generous cuts. I shop fabric at my local chain type fabric store and they cut right on the mark so that when i wash prior to sewing my 2 yards is no longer 32 yards ... it's a shame. Not really the fault of the store. If you sew a lot you will save money here.
