I…read moream NOT one to bash or give bad reviews but I feel like people should know how Kubota and Oakway Tractor treats their loyal customers and not have to go through what we are right now. My husband and I have purchased 5 pieces of Kubota equipment and several attachments from Oakway Tractor in Seneca, SC over the last roughly 10 years. My husband has had 2 skid steers in the past few years and the most recent one being only 18 months old with 1028 hours on the machine. The first SVL-75 skid steer he purchased had engine problems and Oakway Tractor could not get a new engine for over a year and in my husbands line of work he can not be down a machine so he traded the SVL-75 with engine problems in for a new SVL-97-2. The NEW SVL-97-2 is only 18 months old with 1028 hours and they say it needs a new engine and Kubota along with Oakway Tractor does not want to stand behind their 2000 hr/ 24-month warranty!!!!!!!!! They want us to pay $31,000 for a new engine along with $2,000 to install. They also want to point the finger at our insurance company to be the ones to cover the engine instead of Kubota warranty coverage which is absurd! It makes me sick to know that they do honest and hard-working people this way and try to get away with it. (I've heard three other stories of similar situations that customers have been done the same way) Kubota warranty is not worth the piece of paper that it is written on and neither is the dealership for not trying to do more for their loyal customers. Along with putting everything on us to try and get Kubota Corporation to cover the engine. It's a known fact Kubota has issues with their engines but it is easier to point the finger at others instead of standing behind their products and warranty!! Do yourself a favor and do not make the mistake of purchasing a Kubota!!! We will NEVER own another Kubota or anything with a Kubota engine in it ever again! We have reached out to Kubota corporation via email and voicemails trying to get answers and I received a email today stating that this is just part of "wear and tear" and is not covered under warranty. Please feel free to share with your family and friends so it saves them the headache and financial burden of dealing with Kubota with their lemons. Terrible customer service and terrible company!

Went to Easley Lawn and Garden to look at a riding mower for our yard, about 2 acres. Was met by…read morethe owner, on the sales floor. I told him what I was interested in and he took the time to show me several mowers that would work for my needs. He explained the differences in each one and the pros and cons of each. He also showed me the service area of the facility. I ended up purchasing a Husqvarna 48in for my needs. The price was good, as I also received a 10% discount for being retired law enforcement (they also do the same for military). I would recommend giving them a look before you buy from a big box store that just sell and does not service the equipment. If i do need any warranty/service work, I can take it directly to the store for service. They also have a 0% financing promotion. Clay really seems to know his products, and takes the time to explain the equipment and what will help keep it going for a long time. Hopefully I will get many years of use from my equipment. I've rented equipment from the Seneca store once before. I just rented a small track hoe for a…read moreweek. First of all I wasn't told that meant 40 hrs. The dig bucket pin fell out day 3, I called for repair or replacement. I was told I should come get a pin. So if the track fell off should I have picked up a new one and installed it...no! They did nothing but wait to pick it up the day the contract ended. I asked for compensation and we went round and round. They really didn't care that for two days a machine meant to dig couldn't dig. I received a small rebate of $277 on a $400 dollar a day machine. I lost 2-1/2 days! They lost my business because of attitude and not caring!
