    OK who reviews a gas company?…read more Someone who ran out of gas in 20 degree weather at 3 AM and had the gas guy stop by and deliver gas with a smile on his face and a great friendly attitude. That is exactly what Blossman did for us this winter. I woke up and found the heater running but no heat. The range in the kitchen worked but the flame was very low. I called Blossman and got an after hours operator who told me it was no problem that someone would call me back in less than 30 minutes. That call came and the guy told me that they would send someone with a small tank to get us through the night. 20 minutes later, the big truck showed up with two guys. They said, they just figured it was easier to go ahead and completely fill our tank, cutting out a trip the next day. Super nice guys. They did a quick inspection to make certain we still had a bit or pressure (I presume to assure that there was no oxygen in the tank - That sounds like a science project problem). They also checked for leaks, saying that occasionally the reason you run out is that a leak has formed. We were OK on both counts. Next the made certain that we had no pilot lights on, which was simple since all our gas appliances have electronic ignition. Then they pumped out tank full and headed off into the night. To be honest, I really enjoyed talking to them out there in the cold. Even offered to make them some coffee, but they said the simply preferred to get back home... no problem with that. They mentioned that due to the week or more of extreme cold, there were a number of people who had given out of gas, and they they would always come by to fill your tank no matter what time of night or what weather conditions that faced. They told me that then could get gas to me even of the roads were frozen, which is a great thing to know. Blossman has always been a pleasure to work with. Once we received an incorrect bill. Apparently a driver delivering gas to our house pulled into the wrong driveway and filled a neighbor's tank with $660 worth of gas. They sent a truck to our place, filled our tank (verifying that we didn't jus have our tail filled a few days earlier) and gave us a noticeable discount on the price, then took care of the incorrect bill. People make mistakes on occasion and it's always the better businesses that can manage to leave you feeling great about the resolution of an error. That's how I felt about this one - I saved probably $130 and was happy with the experience. (Some neighbor of mine is likely VERY happy) ...long review, but I am one very happy customer.
