They tore up my walls and the furniture. To the stores credit, the manager quickly had the furniture that had been destroyed by their movers replaced and called a handyman. Didn't apologize for the mess her store made of my home but yelled at me that she had to interrupt her dinner to call me. I'd been told (by her) she would call that day and when I called at nearly 6pm was told she'd left. I asked that they get her a message that I'd like a call before 9 at her convenience but I needed a call. She was angry that she chose to interrupt her own dinner to call me and that I didn't want to use anyone else she chose. Then, the last part of my order came in and it is not as represented in the store. Instead of honoring the stores reputation and taking it back, she called me someone of poor character that can't be pleased. So, to recap, I have given them more than three weeks of time, taken off work early multiple times, allowed her to send in her handyman and her contractor to review the handyman work, insisted that I use someone I chose to complete the work which she didn't want to do, and asked for a refund for a mattress that was not the same quality as the one I saw in the store. For this, she calls, screams at me, refuses a refund, and tells me to stay out of her store. She didn't have to worry - I never plan to go in again. I'm in tears and she doesn't care. All she cares about is that she chose to step away for 20 minutes from a weekly dinner. She ridiculed my concerns saying it was "just a wall" and "just a mattress". Stay far away.

He personally called to other Marin dealers across the country to see who could drop ship the bike to SC. He kept us informed with every phone call he made. Kelly, the owner, is unprofessional. She cuts you off mid-sentence and talks over you. She gaslights you. She doesn't understand basic pool chemistry. She tried to tell me that Alkalinity does not affect algae growth after I asked her if the pool tech that cleaned our pool supposedly did a chemical test (which she claims were all in range). However she mentioned that he only tested pH and Cyanuric Acid. My wife worked in the pool industry for years, my best friend owns a pool company and cleans pools himself everyday. I also maintained our pool for 3 years. We were forced to hire pool maintenance due to being out of town. Boy, do I regret calling these folks up. I NEVER had my pool turn green within a week if the chemicals were balanced. That is even with heavy leaf fall during autumn and the hottest days of summer. NEVER! If her customers pools are turning green within a week after this service, she should not be in business. Save your money, go somewhere else. I found another company that just cleaned my pool today for $100 including chemicals. They also do weekly maintenance and do a bang-up job.
