The person who answered was one of the most helpful and professional people I have spoken to in a long time! He tried to tell what COULD be wrong with my frig and offered things that should be checked by a tech, even though he usually doesn't service my area. He told me how much to expect to pay for common repairs and offered to make a special trip to diagnose my situation. Such quality of service and customer assistance is very rare in today's world.
