Very deceptive and nothing I was able to do about it. The lady on the phone who told me there would be no charge said she would see what happened and call me back, she of course NEVER did. I was hoping to get the $130 refunded or reduced as I would have gone with another company that charged $50-$80 for a service call and NEVER would have agreed to $130. Horrible company. I truly feel bad for Kent, and I hope Mr. Rooters will allow Kent to find a new job that is more fitting for a little baby girl like Kent. He's a princess and deserves to be treated as such! Upon calling and speaking to a manager, I was informed that they would look into it and perhaps do some "retraining." I assume this retraining must consist of "Everybody Poops 101" and "How Not to Attack People with Chronic Illnesses for Beginners." However, I have the feeling that Kent "Little baby girl afraid of poopy" Clemons will not learn much, and it doesn't change the fact that I paid $1800 to have my wife heckled by a little baby girl disguised as a full-grown ass man.
