Then when he finally did show up he dug up half of our yard then broke the excavator he then informed me that he would have to wait till the next day when a repairman could be sent out to fix it this was at 3:30pm. So the next am at 830 am I was on the phone making sure someone was coming and they informed me that there was not a service call put in for that equipment. But they would put me in for one. Once it was repaired the job was finished in 3 hours, with no extra work needed than he had originally quoted. At the end of day 2 he left the job site and left his two workers to wait for me to return with payment. But had still not left an invoice. So I text him asking for one and the amount I needed to pay his employee. He then gave a Inflated amount adding another 1800. I text him back telling him I would send the originally quoted amount that I needed an itemized invoice and the pictures I had asked for earlier to pay the remaining balance. A week later I had received nothing from his end. When I suddenly received a text threatening a lein on my house. I asked for an invoice again he refused. Then suddenly he responded by saying "his lawyer" told me to give me an invoice ....... I guess another scare tactic. Then the following Friday he showed up at bar that I was checking IDs at and was hammered. He later was escorted out by the police at close and fell flat on his face. Hearing nothing from him after wards I assumed he must have realized what a jack he must have been. Boy was I wrong I stead he went to my sisters employer who had nothing to do with the "unpaid" job and told her he hoped that the unpaid balance didn't interfere with his ability to work for her. Now this is two different jobs completely unrelated in every way. He then discussed my finances with my sisters boss who then pays the unpaid balance. So he scammed someone completely unrelated to unpaid balance to pay the debt instead of just sending me the invoice I had been aaking for. When I found out about this I sent him along text asking him how he even thought doing this was okay. He then responded with I'm not reading all of that and then said your debt has been paid. Have. Good night. He sees nothing wrong with his course of action. This man is completely okay with running his business unethical bc he has no moral compass himself.

Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested.
