He came out when he said he would, was very professional, and completed the job in one day. He was thorough and actually did more than we expected - cleaning the faucet aerators, actually cleaning out the toilet tanks, and generally making sure that each job was done just right. He checked our water heater and water pressure even though we hadn't even thought to ask him to do that.
