They came out very quickly after I called and told them our toilets were backed up. They ran a snaking tool and told me our line was clear, it had to be the city's lines that were backed up. There had been work going on, digging etc. in front of our house and come to find out the workers had broken the pipe. My Three Son's plumbing called me back to check on our situation and couldn't have been nicer. They came within 30 minutes of me calling very early in the morning and he only charged me for a trip charge since he wasn't able to fix the problem being it was not on my property. I contacted Brandon to install a new water heater. Old one started leaking and it was somewhat urgent. To make it more challenging, my water heater is in the crawlspace. Brandon responded almost and quoted me options with or without my own bought water heater. His price was almost 50% less then quotes from big companies that I got before. We agreed on the price and scheduled the repair. He showed up on time, did all the work in very reasonable time.
