I live in California, and I recently hired Ethical Plumbing to install a water main and sewer…read morelateral line to a house in Taylors. This project was particularly stressful since I was having to arrange everything from several thousand miles away, but they took away all of the stress related to the water and sewer lines. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all this, Ethical Plumbing was less expensive than the other quote that I received for this project. I can't thank them enough, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in the Greenville area.

We'd been dealing with a frustrating problem for months: our master shower barely produced warm…read morewater. Not lukewarm -- genuinely cold. It got to the point where my household was showering in the guest bathroom every day, which is exactly as inconvenient as it sounds. I'd used Anthony from All American Home Services about a year ago at a different property for a toilet leak. That job went so well -- quick, clean, reasonably priced -- that he was the first call I made when this shower issue started. Even though his schedule was packed, he found a way to fit me in within the week. Day of the appointment, he showed up right on time. Professionally dressed. Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill? Extremely reasonable -- honestly less than I expected for the quality of work. My only complaint is that I didn't call him sooner and spent months dealing with cold showers for no reason. Second time hiring Anthony across two different properties, and I'll keep calling him for anything plumbing-related. The guy earns repeat business the right way.

We've used your company in the past and have always been satisfied with your work. Unfortunately,…read morethis experience erased every bit of confidence we had in your business. We paid for a professional repair, yet your technician left without fixing the problem. We still have a broken toilet, and instead of taking responsibility for an unresolved repair, we're being told we have to pay another service fee just to have someone come back. Expecting customers to pay twice because your company failed to fix the issue the first time is unacceptable. Standing behind your work shouldn't come with another invoice. A reputable company owns its mistakes. Apparently, that's not how this company operates. We gave your business our trust because of our previous experiences. That trust is gone. We won't be using your services again, and we certainly won't recommend a company that charges customers twice for the same unresolved problem. If you're looking for a plumbing company that stands behind its work, keep looking. Very disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how we feel.
