The techs are courteous and prompt. They don't try to sell you 'extras' and educate you with their knowledge of HVAC systems. Stephen's replaced our 30+ year old upstairs unit, including installing new return in ceiling, and did so with complete professionalism. They cleaned up and took care not to 'ding' our freshly painted walls. Our unit downstairs is also 30+ years old, still working, and they've not tried to upsell us on replacing it, but have serviced it with the same care as the new unit. We had a warranty replacement with the new unit, not Stephens' fault, and it was diagnosed quickly and replaced promptly. We had an issue with a vibration from the AC unit causing a humming noise in our home. We called, and after explaining it wasn't an emergency and our AC was fine as far as cooling, they asked if they could come the next day because of emergencies. We said yes, and they arrived at the designated time. The cause of the vibration was found quickly, and they implemented a solution and modified the pipe entry to ensure it wouldn't happen again. In addition, many would have left, but our technician stayed on site, and tested the solution with many speeds and start ups just to make sure the fix was good under all circumstances. I have had nothing but the absolute best service imaginable. My AC/Heater went out two years ago in the middle of summer. They had it replaced within two days of my initial call. They provided me with all the information I could have asked and also educated me on things I did not know about. They provided me with options on the sizing of my new unit and helped me understand the impacts that each unit would have upon my home heating and cooling as well as my utility costs. Stephens arrived on time assessed the problem in a few minutes and I have two units and they checked the second unit found no problems. I also was concerned about my hot water heaters in my crawl space, did not hesitate to crawl under my home to check them out and adjusted them and checked the heating elements. Our air conditioning stop cooling on Monday evening at around 5:30. I called and said someone would be out Tuesday afternoon. Ethan was there when he said he would be. I have only had 2 issues with our system and only use Stephens. Ethan got right to it and explained everything he was doing. They have been here 2x. Once over the winter when they fixed a bad job by another HVAC. They showed me pictures and what they fixed and what was wrong. Fast and efficient.
