As an Investor and Contractor with electrical experience, I was very happy with the response and pricing from Wright Electrical. They responded to an emergency situation on a weekend, even with Duke Energy giving us problems. This was an investment property with a tenant in place who had children. Craig not only handled the repairs, permitting and inspection, but was available "on call" through the weekend should any additional problems arise. I have saved them in my contacts as a "preferred contact" for any future electrical needs on properties we have in the area. As for the negative review by "Han C." I suspect this was posted by a competitor as he even states it was a "friend's house" and he had no personal experience with Wright. As a side note: Craig trusted our company to pay them even though they had no previous dealings with us. He made sure our tenant had power restored before he ran our credit card for the payment. Talking with Craig (the owner) was great - he was so accommodating and nice. We set a time for the crew to come out, and then even modified it later (making the appointment even sooner). That was no problem for Craig and he had his crew out there ON TIME. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, and did a fantastic job. One of the electricians even asked if I had a broom handy so he could sweep up the residue from cutting the sheet rock! So impressed with that level of detail. I normally don't write reviews, I just wanted to let them know how a awesome job they did by putting up mother ceiling fan up in her bedroom. They did a excellent job on it too. He told me would be a week before he could get to it. I'm glad I waited it's was worth the wait. I give his guy a A plus rating, he was very patient with my little one, because he kept asking questions how you do this and how you do that. He didn't have to explain his work to him but he did . I used Wright Electric through a coupon on Living Social and will now use them for future electrical work. They were extremely efficient in figuring out a lighting issue in our bathroom and fixing the problem. They also discovered a couple other issues in our breaker box and fixed them. They kept on asking on fixing things to fix around the house that I finally ran out of project for them. The two guys who did the work were extremely nice and were very hard workers. read more

I called Wright Electrical when I needed a fan replaced in my two story family room. They responded to my call quickly and set up an appointment. I was very happy with the two gentlemen that did the installation. They were polite and had to move a lot of the furniture in order to set up their large A frame ladder.
