They responded quickly and the owner came out and gave us a quote. I received a couple other quotes previously but immediately decided on Redland after meeting with Dave and discussing my project. I went ahead and had a couple of raised outlets installed for Sonos surround speakers, and I had 6 canned lights installed for accent lighting in the family room and an additional light installed in the attic for better visibility. The company was able to come out and do the install the next week. The owner David was fair, honest, respectful and professional in his estimate and straightforward with his proposal for service to my home. The two team members who showed up Caleb and Nathan to the preform the service were equally as prideful and professional. They are arrived early and exactly when they said they would. They treated my home with care got my input and didn't start anything until they were sure I agreed upon the location of installation. When completed it looks as if it was done when the house was built 10 years ago. The entire install took roughly about a half a day. They protected my new furniture and my wood floors, then cleaned up and had everything back to normal before leaving. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor, at completion the price was fair and exactly as quoted. The second guy fixed it with an 18 cent piece that goes on the nut to the outlet valve. Easy air came out and bid an entire system for $15,000! This second guy fixed it for 18 cents then we had to put new refrigerant in it which was 2000. But alot better than 15,000. Easy air also replaced 3 capacitors before. they were out 2 weeks before my heat pump stopped working due to no refrigerant.I admit they do respond well.
