They said the tech could tell me what needed to be done and the cost when he arrived. When he arrived, he didn't even look at anything or hardly want to hear anything I had to say about what was going on. He basically just walked up and said here are your 3 options, they cost $270, $500 or $520. I said which one do I need. He said I don't really know, you choose and we will see if that's what the problem is.... REALLY!? Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill? Extremely reasonable -- honestly less than I expected for the quality of work. My only complaint is that I didn't call him sooner and spent months dealing with cold showers for no reason.
