We are very pleased with Rapid Response Plumbing's service. We were getting sewage backup in our new house (less than 6 months in it). The builder wouldn't help us out (shame on him) and we tried several other plumbers in the area who either couldn't get out until the next week or didn't answer their phones. Maggie answered the phone and immediately checked on their availability. Within 45 minutes, Brandon from Rapid Response was at our door (and he had to drive 30 minutes from where he was to get here). He quickly identified the problem (duct tape was covering the pipe into the septic tank (again, shame on the builder)). He had the very unpleasant job of sticking his head into the septic tank to identify the problem, cut the tape and then wait for all of the "stuff" that had been backing up into the house for the past 6 months, to flow out. It took literally 30 minutes for the powerful flow to turn into a trickle and empty everything out. Brandon then stuck his head back into the tank to remove the rest of the tape from the pipe and then checked to make sure everything was "flowing" properly (even though there hadn't been a lot getting into the tank, it was still pretty odiferous). I called Rapid Response because we had a toilet that was getting clogged on a regular basis. I thought our grandson had probably dropped a toy in there or flushed papers towels down. Brandtried a few things, he told me we needed a new toilet. (It was 25 years old, but I never thought that even toilets wear out!) He told me Lowe's had a sale on Kohler toilets, which saved me $60.00. He also mentioned their membership benefits, which seemed like a good investment to me. We came home late in the evening to find our basement flooded and tried calling multiple emergency plumbing services with no luck. Rapid Response Plumbing in Seneca was the only company we were able to connect with right away. They came out the very next day and quickly set up a temporary water line so we were without water for no more than 12 hours. Their service was fast, professional, and very much appreciated.
