Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. I left numerous text messages with no response and phone calls indicated my number had been blocked. Brendon answered my call when I called from a different number. Brendon was able to cash my check but was too busy to provide requested documentation of my service call. I would have paid Brendon to come back out to fix the issue with the heater but I was so disappointed in his lack of follow through and common decency in communication with a customer that I would not recommend him to anyone.
