He added a remotely controlled light so that we can turn on the lights when we approach the dock in the boat at night. You don't want to leave the lights on while you spend hours in the water - it wastes power and it attracts bugs. Now we can light the place up remotely. I find that I also like being able to light the dock when we are walking out at night from the house. He installed a low voltage lighting system on the stairs and upstairs deck that is really top notch. Its power supply is housed in a stainless steel box. It's a really nice addition. He also put us in a ceiling fan over the boat slip - when you pull in with wet carpet, the breeze from the fan dries it in a hurry and keeps mildew away. Brad and his folks are extremely professional and use what appears to be the highest grade of material. Most of the wiring is run inside the dock tubing so it's protected and invisible. Under the roof there are places where the wiring could not be run inside the metal structure. In those instances Brad has it very nicely cased and secured to the dock. He also wired in my 220 volt pump and in doing so discovered a problem with the pump's then existing connections, which he fixed promptly. He is familiar with all Corps requirements and will make certain that you stay out of trouble with those guys. On a later project, Brad wired two really nice ceiling fans underneath our porch. We have a metal roof underneath the porch, but it is still exposed to water. Brad was able to wire it so that I am confident we will not have problems with water or with energizing that corrugated metal. Bottom line, if you have some electrical work that you want done correctly, and especially if you are wiring near the water, Brad Fowler will do the job right.

Was also charged $200 for parts that included a new outlet box, and 3 feet of romex wire flex. I supplied all the other items they used. When I questioned the price on the 2 parts he said time and travel was added on. Good workers, but never met the Owner, just way over priced on labor for the helper and any parts they supply. Never again, feel like they pulled a switch and bait on hourly rate and overly gauge you on any parts they use. THE OWNER REPLIES COMPLETY FALSE. I have invoice, and text that can prove that all I said was correct.
