I called and they verifies that it had been 8 month since my HVAC service 14 month since my generator. My winter HVAC service was skipped and my annual 2025 generator service was skipped......however I had paid for them. The customer service person did not seem to care in the least and actually told me I should have called them to schedule the service. I asked to speak with her manager (Mason) and he never called me back. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time!

The issue I had was that Brendon was non responsive to my requests to fix the issue. Additionally, I had not received an invoice for the work completed to include receipt for the purchase of the heater. I left numerous text messages with no response and phone calls indicated my number had been blocked. Brendon answered my call when I called from a different number. Brendon was able to cash my check but was too busy to provide requested documentation of my service call. I would have paid Brendon to come back out to fix the issue with the heater but I was so disappointed in his lack of follow through and common decency in communication with a customer that I would not recommend him to anyone. This is not how you operate a business.

It was a different tech and ended up being quite a different experience. (The tech was nice, professional, and punctual.) Without typing out the whole fiasco experience, let's just say we won't be calling them back again. We were extremely disappointed since we were hoping to find a regular go to plumber for anything in the future. The problem is hopefully, permanently fixed but after we were told to buy the replacement kit/part which ended up being a faulty spigot and couldn't be returned because the technician took the box, the final 3rd trip, a $400.+ bill not counting the cost of the kit we ordered, and last but not least a very arrogant, rude co-owner who wouldn't let you get a word in.........well let's just say the pictures should speak for themselves. It was a lot of money for sloppy "shoddy" work. A spigot that's not the same as the original one we purchased/ordered, that's not flush with the tub and obviously angled down, and now 2 cutouts in the closet. Oh and look at the picture at what happened to the hot/cold plate that the Tech soldered. He never said a word about the damage. We didn't notice it right away. We had to replace it also ourselves. We can't honestly say that this was a good experience at all. A senior citizen retiree nightmare. Now we have to somehow either caulk the awkward wide gap ourselves or call a different plumber to fix this mess. We're not made of money and we sure don't think people are these days.
