Total charge was only for the service call despite his doing a lot of poking around. He said I could buy a faucet from them, but I'd be better off getting it myself. I immediately went out and bought a new faucet, called the office and they scheduled the installation for the following day. I live in San Francisco, but my Mother lives in Pendleton. I asked for their help in checking out her 15 year old HVAC unit and they did everything they said they would.
