My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. We did have a hiccup, spent 3 days & nights in the heat with no air after service due to AA Attendant they were not getting our messages (lady in office out sick) but, AA was saying they would be here between certain hours, someone would call us, etc. On day 3 my husband was there when the owner came in and he was completely unaware. He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. I would like to thank the Owner for being a true stand up business man and making it right for us as a consumer. His technician came both visits and was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for making everything right!!
