Joe Deken should write a book for contractors of all trades. He shows up "on time", imagine that for easy starters but most don't get it. Joe communicates throughout the job for options on locations and how new connections will be mounted. He cleans up after himself (extremely tidy with vacuum and removing all debris and dust) and treats your house like his own. He even took his shoes off and changed into shoes clean shoes when working inside the house. He kept his dirty shoes outside to work on the main panel. He is unbelievable, seriously.
